I think this post office stinks. My experience was we received a certified letter but no one was here to sign for it then I put it back in the mail slot in our door for it to be taken and it sent there 5 days then they finally took it should have been read delivered already. It took 2 days worth of calling and it would ring until it hung itself up. Finally got ahold of somebody and it was literally less than a minute but I was on the phone and she put me on hold. I continue to wait on hold 417 minutes and they never came back on the phone so I let that call on hold while I called the number again 4 a joint 4shared phone conversation and then that rang and rang and somebody finally picked up. I told the second female that I spoke with what happened with the first call and she was like oh okay well what can I help you with and I told her first of all tell people to answer their phone when they put someone on hold. I suppose this happens a lot because she didnt make a big deal about it however she did locate the certified letter and told me she would put it in to be redelivered on Monday and just for your information its Saturday. The only reason I gave them or one was because someone did answer and gave me correct information and is having the letter resent. Other than that they have the worst customer service that Ive ever dealt with at the post office and if you cant see, it was the Lower Paxton post office in PA

A package was marked delivered to me 11-30. Online message informed me that a package was delivered to a lock box. Therefore a key was to be put in My mail box so I could open lock box. I had no key. It was put in some others persons mail box. That person had note on the mail box that the postman made error placed key in wrong mail box. To this date 12-6 I have not received package. We have very poor service in this area. Mail is delivered as late as 730 at night. WHAT IS GOING ON?

Absolutely horrible. Our carrier is refusing to deliver packages to our door while making up excuses for the being "undeliverable" such as wrong address yet will write our address right on the peach slip, or "rain" when we have an overhang that would protect from the rain. Very rude carrier and very rude workers. We are highly dissatisfied and will be using UPS and fedex as much as possible to avoid the USPS. Its no surprise that there are very low ratings for this branch

Did you see the news story on December 16th on WGAL how the employees were throwing the boxes around? Ive seen videos where a package delivery service employee was fired for mishandling packages. You would think with a TV crew and cameras around the workers would have used a little more common sense. I sure hope none of those boxes were mine!

They Are Very Bad Mailing Company The Mail man In The Mail Woman Are Terrible Not Friendley atall I Lost Servel Checks From There Delivery Service They Drop Wrong Mail In Peoplea Boxes Out Where I Live At Alot all The time They Need To Hire good Standard Peoples And Fire These Lazy Peoples Messy Up Everything.

Our mail is mis-delivered all the time, and we receive mail from other addresses all the time, which we of course put back in the mailbox for pick-up, however not all other residents are as mindful. Recently ad bank checks not delivered so someone out there has them.

Have been waiting over 5 weeks for our mailbox key, calling and stopping in multiple times a week. The incompetence of the person in charge of the keys is incredible. I dont understand how people like this can even keep their job.

Even after multiple complaints they still not delivering my mails in correct mailbox. Our last name and neighbor last name looks similar so they delivering ours to their box and their to ours. They sucks!!

Undeliverable huh, well thanks for not leaving me any pink slip either. Went to go pick up but wasnt even there. Talked to the manager and they finally found it. What the hell is wrong with you people.

Always busy and not enough ppl working the front desk. Line is always out the door. Best times to come is before noon which isnt always convenient. Need more staff after 3pm.
