I arrived at 8:00 and the doors opened at 8:05. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman named Phil. He listened attentively to my problem. Phil said they would call me in a few hours to let me know what the problem was. I left my van with them and 3 hours later I received a call from Phil. He explained the problem to me and gave me two options. One option, which would save me a few dollar he explained, would get me back on the road but then I would need to come back when the repair gave out. The other option was more expensive but they would custom make the pipe I needed and the repair would last for quite a while and come with a 1-year guarantee. Phil assured me the custom pipe repair would last for many years. I opted to go with the custom pipe repair instead of a patch. Phil called me back in a few hours saying my van was ready. When I came into the Meineke store, the mechanic that did the repair was present and explained everything he did. Im not usually treated to this kind of information. I like knowing what they did when working on my van. I hope I dont have to go back for exhaust work but I know I will at some point in the future. This location will be where I go. The bottom line is I am totally satisfied with the work completed and the professional manner that I was treated.

Took my car there after the exhaust system hit the ground - we tied it up and drove it to their lot. A friend of mine recommended this particular Meineke. He charged us a pretty low amount which really kind of shocked me as Ive gotten used to almost every car repair place quoting hundreds of dollars of needed repairs for nearly every visit. So, I talked to the owner. He is highly knowledgeable and fixes what needs to be fixed using expertise he has learned over the years. He does not chop and replace without thought, though this approach would probably generate more billing. Furthermore, he and his staff seem to enjoy doing high quality work. He has my respect. If I get an exhaust system problem within a few hundred miles Im driving back there. Superb work, high character.

Jeff, Dan and Phil are exhaust gods. Its unbelievable how fast, how nice and how inexpensively they can do their work. They all really have taken an aspect of automotive and mastered it. They dont do general automotive repair. They dont do motor swaps. They dont service air conditioning. They do exhaust and they do it perfectly. Jeff has owned that Meineke for over 25 years now and its clear why they are always full of cars and there is almost always a wait to get your vehicle scheduled. As an auto enthusiast who does nearly all of his own work, I dont bother with touching exhaust. He gets all of my exhaust work for all 6 of our cars. Ive been going to Jeff for over a decade now and his work is just outstanding.

First of all these people are so incredibly awesome! Dan provided me with excellent service as always and Jeff the manager is very very helpful and informative. Theres another gentleman there I really dont know his name but he is so nice also.. Its so nice to finally meet some honest mechanics who are not money hungry theyre actually there to save you money and thats what keeps me coming back to spend money!!! I honestly love them and I definitely will be back for any work that needs done!! Great job guys!!!!

I’ve been taking my cars there for years now and I can honestly say I haven’t found any automobile repair place as accommodating, with the high degree of expertise, and professional approach that these guys have. They make sure the job is done right the first time every time with the attention given to my cars that they would give to their own. Then you add the more than fair price it’s truly refreshing and worth driving a few extra miles for the peace of mind. In my book they are an A++.
