Wanted to state I was just traveling south bound on Babcock Blvd behind your battery swap out pickup truck (with a cap), unfortunately I didnt get a tag number - This was April 26th at approximately 6:20 pm. Regardless, as I was following behind the driver, he was driving very erratic crossing the double yellow rumble strips and tailgating the driver in front of him. While tailgating, he was also honking his horn and making gestures to indicate the traffic in front of him wasnt moving at a pace towards the body shop he would have liked. Im unsure if this driver didnt realize that Babcock is a construction zone (not sure how he couldnt - its right in front of Critchlow...) and he should use even more caution, but driving erratically would also not allow him to get to his shop any quicker due to the aforementioned construction and one lane traffic configuration. I was disgusted to see a "professional" driver act this way so close to his headquarters, as well as in a construction zone. Get your drivers in order - they should be the ones following ALL the road regulations as they see the "very bad" that can result from drivers not paying attention, erratic driving, etc. while on their tow and recovery missions.

I had to call AAA because I not only had a flat tire but my car was also over heating and leaking antifreeze. I was so upset because I was coming from my 1st job and on my way to my second one when this happened. When my driver Damian arrived he was the absolute sweetest about the whole situation, very light hearted and optimistic. He turned the entire experience around for me and not only that but he made my day. He made sure I got to my next destination safely and I couldnt of appreciated that more. I had such a good experience with him and this company, thanks a million.

In my experience in dealing with this company it was TERRIBLE. The company violated the Towing and Towing Storage Facility Standard Act passed in PA in 2012. LOOK THIS ACT UP ONLINE BEFORE YOU PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY FOR A TOWED VEHICLE. There is so much more I could write, but due to the fact I will be suing the company I prefer to leave it at that. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence with them before you pay them any money. My advice...there are plenty of other companies in Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas to choose from.

I havent had any towing experience but this is the place we trust to get our car fixed. They save us money each time (even when they dont know theyre doing it.) My friend was given a $800 estimate from another place, so I told him to get one at Critchlows too. He didnt tell them about the problem or the previous estimate. They pointed out the same problem and gave an estimate of a little over $400. That experience solidified my trust. If I ever lose it, I will update this review.

I have had numerous interactions with Critchlow towing and found their personnel to be excellent and knowledgeable. In addition to being professional, kind, patient, and prompt they are also competent. This translates into the securing and safe transportation of your vehicle to your desired destination. Critchlow offers 24 hour on call towing year round, their prices are competitive, they offer roadside assistance and they are affiliated with AAA. I trust them implicitly!

We called for a dead batter away from NC in PA. We called AAA and Critchlow Auto Body responded - Tommy #97B11. It turned out to be an improperly coded key that was causing a security lock out. Tommy waited for us to get another key and ensure our tires were pumped out until I returned. He ensured the new key worked, the battery was working properly. I love working with Critchlows - both the auto repair and auto body shop. They are very fair and I trust them completely. I never have to worry about their recommendations because they are honest. They are super easy to work with and do a great job. Theyve done multiple repairs on my Lexus and it always looks fantastic when they are done. I wouldnt think of going anywhere else for general repairs and body work.

I needed a battery jump for my car when I was visiting my brother. AAA sent these people and I couldnt have been more impressed that they got there under a half hour, the driver Brian V was so polite, shook my hand, professional, and informative. Even as he was driving away, he came back to make sure the alternator was doing ok. I would highly recommend this service from here.

I called AAA for assistants when I locked my keys in the car. Not only was Critchlow late (AAA stated no more than an hour show up time, it was over an hour and a half), when they got there they refused to help me due to muddy parking conditions and left me stranded. The driver was rude and would not even recommend someone who could help. Completely unprofessional.

I took my 2009 Chevy Traverse (that Ive had since new) after someone backed into my left rear door. When I got it back, it was shinier and cleaner than when I bought it! His employees were very helpful from getting my rental delivered to returning it, They made what could have been an aggravating experience to very painless, even enjoyable! I request Critchlows when ever I need a car towed. I have used their battery and AAA towing service on several occasions. I had also had several cars repaired through their body and service shops. Always professional and always top quality work performed. I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

Just had my car towed two days ago after it broke down unexpectedly. Brandon came and towed my car. He was professional, courteous, and kind. Obviously no one wants their car towed but Brandon definitely made the process much easier with his demeanor.

These guys get right down to business. Got an appraisal for my car, and they made the car like new again. It took a while because of the availability of the parts I needed, but in the end, Im very happy with the work they did.

Was almost driven off the road by a Critchlow tow vehicle - with a car in tow - going over 20mph over the speed limit. Driver was super agressive. Never a cop around when ya need one!

Older gentleman was rude and claimed my bumper wasnt repairable. Clearly wanted to make a huge profit on an out of pocket expense. I took the vehicle elsewhere for repair.
