Professional, courteous, and honest. If you want your car fixed correctly and for a fair price, take it here. If possible though, ALWAYS make an appointment ahead of time. People around here know this garage for their honesty, so they typically have a lot of people queued up for service. So if your car has an issue and you have to take it immediately, dont expect them to bump you up to the front of the line. Its worth the wait in my opinion, Id prefer a garage I trust over speed any day of the week.

We came to Roanoke in 2012 and needed a place to have our cars repaired and serviced. Henry and Rick and their professional staff have been a great find for us. They are courteous, fast and always concerned with the issues brought to them. I also have a small business and depend heavily on my truck, they are always aware of that and try to get my truck back on the road ASAP. Excellent family owned business with professional mechanics. Its been 48 hours and they have not looked at my car yet. I had it towed in without an appointment. So I expected some delay, but this is pathetic. I highly recommend that you never do business with this company who clearly does not care about their customers. If they dont need my business, they probably dont need your business either. Im strongly considering having my car towed elsewhere at my own expense.

My daughter is a student at HOLLINS UNIVERSITY and I needed a repair shop that I could count on while she is a student there while away from Virginia Beach. Dont take your car anywhere else. They are honest and only fix what needs to be fixed. They have kept me in older cars for over a decade. Very trustworthy and treat everyone the same regardless of color or gender
