If I could give this company zero stars I WOULD!!! DO NOT i repeat DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO BE SERVICED!!!!! I paid for a damn near $2000 job that was never ever fixed!!! I brought my mercedes c320 here in Dec2015 to get the Rear main seal replaced as well as the left & right gaskets..here it is june2016 & my car has been smoking and leaking terribly ever since January of this year!! It was so bad the smoke started coming through the vent whenever I ran the heat or AC!!! They took so much money from me & I made numerous amounts of trips here only to be lied to & told I needed things done that Ive never had issues with before!! I even contacted the owner Kal Baker & he was no help AT ALL!!! long story short....I found out yesterday that my car was missing a lot of bolts from some rack underneath & my entire axle rod is destroyed thanks to this company!! Unfortunately I now have to purchase another car that I cant even afford right now!!

My VW Tiguan unexpectedly started having some warning lights come on and then started to turn off as I was driving. I wasnt able to drive far, but the Ken Baker Europro shop was right across the street so we pulled in to see if they could help. Wed never been there before but Dan Richardson was very welcoming and happy to help. They were able to get my car in the shop that day and they fixed the issue within 24 hours. He kept me updated when they diagnosed the problem and then fixed it promptly. The price was as expected and they were very helpful explaining everything that was going on. If I have issues with my car in the future, Id definitely take it back to their shop!

They wanted to charge me $80 to $100 to remove a broken bolt from the air condition chasis in my 2008 Honda Accord V6. They said it could take up to 2 hours!!! My mechanic already removed the chasis so it was simple for them no labor on the car itself. Firestone did it for free in 2 minutes... Never go here.. Big rip off!!!!!! Reply to the owner, your guys said it wouldnt be a problem and when i came back to get the part, he told me he would tell the guy to stop preparing to fix it, so this review is correct Sir.

1. The prices they charged me are more than the BMW dealership quoted me. 2. The reason I know this is because less than a year after they serviced my vehicle, I took it to the dealership for a diagnostic, the diagnostic report listed the 3 items they supposedly fixed: rear wheel sensor, spark plugs and coils. 3. If you want to get taken for a ride while your car is being "fixed", use these guys.

$285.39 saved! I took them 5 days to diagnose and repair a fried alternator in my sons 2006 LR3, and there were some missed communications, BUT they saved me a bunch of money over Vintage & Imports. They were willing to work with us and put in parts we purchased from AutoZone. This will be our first choice for any more Land Rover repairs.

The worst service JOB I have ever received, Ive owned 4 Mercedes - after what was suppose to be a 7 day job to repair the (Cam-Shaft of my CLK 350,) turned into 31 days and the car ran worse than when I dropped it off- (still). If you want a BOTCHED job, THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A EXPENSIVE RIDE that I am still dealing with!!!!!
