I took my manual 2007 Mitsubishi eclipse in there to fix the air conditioning, which was covered under my warranty from when it was purchased. I had a $50 copay for the insurance to cover this. On their first day with my car, they ran the driver side mirror into the garage door, shattering it and promised to fix my mirror and a/c at no charge. They absorbed the $50 warranty fee. Okay with me until it was time to pick up my car from them replacing the mirror and the owner says after I arrive there, "we had it running for 45 minutes to test the a/c and it died about 20 minutes ago. Do you have gas in it?" One partial turn of the key shows that but he didnt know if it did or not. He then says, "This happens with older cars..." and starts telling a story about how I can leave it for them to try a new fuel pump or alternator tomorrow. I refused and said no I will tow it home and investigate. The techs then pushed it out of the garage with one in the drivers seat. The techs were yelling to pull the emergency brake, which is needed and known to anyone who drives a manual, and that tech in the drivers seat had his hands up by his ears screaming what?! Thankfully they have a slight lip before Babcock Blvd so my car stopped. I then went in to sign the release paperwork and they tried to have me sign a bill for $239.00...even though they were covering the a/c and the mirror that they broke. Please heavily reconsider this garage.

Do not recommend. I went there for a state inspection and emission test, which were offered for just $20. I was then told over the phone that the brake pads, rotor, and tires need to be replaced at a cost of $1100. When I replied that I need a second opinion, the owners sounded angry. Later I found out that the brake pads and rotor are just fine. The tires are also within state requirement.

Do not use this mechanic unless you have hundreds of dollars to waste. High Tech Markups should be the company name.
