I took my vehicle their on july 26 around 7:00 pm. My wife dropped it off with our brand new car seat left in the car. I left a note saying I included such and such parts that needed put on and if there was anymore problems to please call me. No one ever called me and they continued to buy other parts because mine didnt work... either did theres... so I pick my car up last Friday the 5 of august which was insane and they still didnt fix the car. Keep in my mind it was an o2 sensor and a/c compressor. Easy only a few hours worth of work which I chose not to do because it being the busy season at work for me. So we pick up the car and the car seat is gone out of it. Theyve non stop ignored my calls or didnt return them after we asked about it. So today I filed a police report. This is a VERY VERY SKETCHY business and I dont see how they even call themselves that... stay away.

If I could, I would give Scott at F&W zero stars. He had our vehicle for almost 3 months and never touched it. Gave us one excuse after another. These were lies. Many lies told to us but with certainty on three occasions three bold face lies were told to us. Can not be trusted and has zero work ethic. I have no idea how he is still in business. Stay away from this place. Dont even consider it.

He is a very hard working gentleman with all the stuff he does voluntarily. He gives reasonable prices and try to get to done ASAP. The only thing you have to do is call and schedule an appointment.
