My car had suffered damage due to injectors faulting and staying stuck open, dumping liquid raw fuel directly into the intake and nearby cylinders. The initial symptoms were misfires, progressively rough running, and engine not turning over due to liquid lock in the cylinders. I first had been to two car dealers - one could not examine the car for a week, and the other dealer service totally misdiagnosed the cause of my symptoms. I knew that dealers diagnosis was incorrect, so I discussed it with a coworker who told me about No-Limit Auto. I had the car towed from the dealer to there. I was greeted No Limit Auto by Ryan and Jill, who were very helpful. When updating them on what had transpired with my car, they had some initial suggestions of their own concerning what it might be - and I then knew from their shared experiences and conversations with me, that they were very competent. Turned out the liquid fuel filling the cylinders locking up the engine sporadically, had caused undue stress on a connecting rod assembly, which had to be replaced, and also the remaining crankshaft connection rod bearings. This was also evident by knocking sounds coming from the lower engine, due to the loose and damaged rod bearings and damaged crank surfaces. The connector rod bearings all had to be replaced as well, with the crankshaft being re-machined (turned) slightly to true it up after the damage. Ryan also suggested replacement of the timing belt due to the engines mileage, and the starter due to it being weak with age and/or the strain of it recently turning the engine while liquid locked. I gave them the go-ahead to replace the timing belt and starter, which was only the smart thing to do. They were very prompt and true to their schedule estimates. I was very patient anyway, because I knew my car was in quality hands for the very first time probably since Id owned it. The only delays experienced was when they had to outsource work to a machine shop or wait a day or two on parts to arrive. Upon receiving the car, I noticed it started up immediately and quickly, turning over faster with the new starter. The car ran perfectly. Ryan had asked me to bring the car back in four days or so, for them to do a quick inspection for any leaks, etc. Ive never had any repair shop offer to do that for me. I waited two weeks minimum before writing any reviews, to be sure I had thoroughly given a time tested evaluation of the work by No Limit Auto. This work they had done, also required a lot of implicated dis-assembly/reassembly, to get to the parts they needed to replace. They had needed to disconnect about everything, from the radiator hoses and also the A/C lines to the condenser in front of the radiator, as well as removal of the engine for the work. So, this job required professional thoroughness on their part to be sure everything went back together properly. So, in my evaluation, I also was very keen to note how the car maintained engine temperature, as well as how the A/C system worked after their reassembling everything. They did an outstanding job. The car continues to run well, and Ive taken it on some short trips, from Hampton to Williamsburg, and from Hampton to Norfolk without any issues and the car ran great. Im confident now I can drive it anywhere. From now own, for every gasoline or fossil fuel powered car, I will only take it to No-Limit Auto should I need any service related work done. Im very particular, and I give No-Limit Auto a Highest Recommendation.

1st off they came to tow my Blazer away cause I couldnt get it to start, but they guy was 2 hrs late to the time I was told he would arrive. 2nd he told me they specialize in Chevy Blazers & they could diagnose the problem. My Blazer went there on a Thursday & I didnt get it back til the following Friday.Bad part about this whole thing is they never called me. I had to call them twice both times telling me they cant figure out the problem, expected they where able to get it started for them everyday. So they finally call me telling me when am I going to pick up my Blazer. So when I got there Friday morning it wouldnt start for me. So the guy jump started it, still having no idea what the problem was & charging me $103.73 for diagnostics fee that never fix the problem REALLY!!. This is crazy being I took it to Advance Auto which does a diagnostics for free & come to find out it was my stater. SMH I will never go there again & I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!.

I stopped here on my way through as I was having problems with my radiator fan. I chose this place since it has good reviews. The customer service is great! Everybody there knew what they were talking about and had good attitudes. They solved the problem and got the job done in a timely manner. The only thing I was disappointed in was the price...ouch! Im thinking that it is standard for the area and that they werent taking advantage of my situation, at least I hope, as I paid $489 for parts, labor, oil change and a headlight put in that I supplied. The same work could have been done in North Dakota for about 250. The diagnosis was a hundred dollars! (accostumed to getting that for free so maybe were just spoiled) Oil change was 40 which is almost double what I usually pay. So far it is working though and the car is on the road, my trip may end up being shorter though for all I paid to get it back up and going...

No Limit Auto is an awesome shop to do business with. I had an appointment with them at 8:30am due to traffic I was running late. Which in return I missed my ride to a mandatory meeting. Chris and Ryan went above and beyond by dropping what they were doing and took me to my meeting. They then picked me up from the meeting 2 hours later. When we got back to the shop the my estimate was ready. After the worked was performed my bill was actually LESS than expected. It took less time then what was estimated. So they adjusted my bill accordingly. That just goes to show how honest and caring they really are. They also have companies that will accept payments for those of us who cant afford to pay $1500.00 out of pocket for an unexpected repair. I will refer this shop to everybody I know and you should do the same. Thank you, No Limit Auto

I took my truck here and had a great experience. I recommended them to everyone I know. Then this past week I took in my Audi to have the air conditioning looked at. I was quoted $1800 to install $500 worth of parts. Seemed excessive, but pulling the front end is a lot of work. Then the "oh by the way" tips came. Apparently I should replace my timing belt every 60,000 miles, while the dealer recommends 120,000. But what cut the deepest was it needs a tune up, spark plugs, etc. Im sorry, but since when does my diesel require spark plugs? I will never again do business with this company and I will recommend my friends do the same.
