Great service but overpriced nonsense. CCC had recommended that they did all they could do to fix my clutch and transmission, unfortunately, the damage to " repair" my car was a rough estimate of $600+. I willing let them have my money, by questioned on their recommendation I had asked for a quote and estimate for the service which they told me $800+ for parts a labor. I would like to address that just because people submit their cars to your business doesnt mean that they are automotive illiterate I know for damn well it does not cost $800 for a simple clutch replacement. Second where the heck are you getting your parts from? A simple aftermarket part for my vehicle alone cost no more than $300. If you do the math it would equate to $300 (Parts)+$400 (Labor) + extra $100 ( for 100% bull crap) = take your vehicles to somewhere that doesnt over price aftermarket parts to the roof half of the time you can do the service on your own.

We all hope to find the expert that we can trust to do a competent, caring, and cost-effective fix whether its for a plumbing problem, a knee problem, or a car problem. Custom Car Care is the expert for the car. Weve been using CCC for probably ten or fifteen years and have been satisfied customers. These are folks that have done good work for us including solving a couple of difficult problems involving complex systems. They found a way to fit us in when we absolutely had to get a fix because we were leaving the following day. Their prices have been fair, their explanations comprehensive and their repairs good. I recommend them without reservation to any friend that is looking for someone to trust. I recommend them to you.

The entire staff is always courteous and honest. Every time we take our cars in for normal service, they are on time, clean and careful to do all that is required as well as check out the general condition of the car. When there is a problem or suspicious noise, they take the time to investigate and ask questions to get to the issue. Never have they pushed me to spend unnecessary money and they are always good about advising what to do in each situation that wouldnt just financially benefit themselves, but benefit the customer. I have trusted them with service on all of our vehicles for the last 6 years.

We have been bringing our 2006 Camry and Sienna to CCC for several years. We always get prompt, personal and honest service from them at a fair price. Recently I brought the van in for a mostly routine 115,000 mile check-up plus 3 items that I was concerned about. Brady checked all 3 items and only tightened my spare tire to make a "suspicious noise" go away. I essentially paid for an oil change and got peace of mind for another 5,000 miles. Not a bad deal.

They have done several repairs including Power Steering pump and cruise control repair. I can do some work myself and they are always ready to offer advice on how I should proceed. CCC understands my situation and never puts me in a tough spot. Ive been taking a ratty 1990 Accord to them for various fixes here and there over the years. -They are very straight forward. -It is always very simple taking my car to them, which I like. -They make sure you can drive away if you need too. -They dont talk too much or try to schmooze you. It is just the way a car repair shop ought to be run.
