When Hurricane Irene was about two days away from hitting us in Hampton Roads, I noticed a fuel leak coming out of our Ford Mustang. This is obviously not a good situation (especially not knowing how bad or not Hurricane Irene would hit us). I immediately started calling shops in the early morning and everyone I reached were too busy preparing for the Hurricane. As I went down my list of shops to call, I finally hit one that was able to take the Ford Mustang in that day and he said if he could not fix it, he would leave it in the shop for us (to help protect from the hurricane). He was able to fix it that day and since then, I have been taking my cars there for repairs and have nothing but positive experiences.

I have been nothing but outstandingly pleased with this place! The work they do is superior and the price is definitely less than the dealer. They turn the work around in very short order. You are told what needs to be done, not what will add things to your bill. If they save "You need to have this done," then you need to have it done. Its called integrity! Another feature that impressed me was that when you go into the office, it is just that, an office, not an extension of the repair bay with parts, pieces, and grease and oil over everything. Truly a professional organization. I highly recommend them for people who own VWs!

I own a 2001 VR6 Jetta and had a really terrible leak. Fortunate for me, I went to Euro Pros; they diagnosed my car and fixed my water pump, serpintine belt and coolant issues. Not only was the customer service exceptional, the prices were very reasonable. I am comfortable saying that I dont think anyone can beat their prices or quality service. I highly recommend Euro Pros Auto Repair for all of your Audi and VW needs!

Brought in my GTI for its 60k mile service. The dealer wanted to charge me $1077, but these guys only charged me $525. They have a comfortable waiting room, and you can tell they know Volkswagens. I have brought my car in before for other maintenance and theyve always done a fantastic job, fixing something that even the dealer couldnt figure out (dead battery in the key fob). I will definitely bring my car back.

This is the best shop I have ever been to in my life. They stand behind their work, know what they are talking about and do it better and cheaper than the dealer. I have a warranty on my car and would rather have David and his crew do my work at a price then take it to the dealer for free. I stand behind them 100% if there were decals to put on my GTI to advertise for them I would plaster the back window.

Euro Pros has worked on both my old Jetta 1.8t and my new Jetta TDI. They are always honest and upfront. The work is top notch. The prices are the best around. I would recomend anyone in the tidewater area with a VW or Audi to give them a shot. You wont be sorry!

a really great shop with awesome staff. i had my 03 audi a4 waterpump go out in the middle of the night. Dave and his staff diagnosed my issue and got my car back on the road quickly. the work they did was impeccable.
