Knowledgeable and friendly, Bob fixed a large leak in my tub faucet which was dripping into the kitchen. He responded promptly via text and took care of the problem in no time. During this visit as Im sure most people do, I also asked about a few other plumbing issues I needed advice on and he took a look. As I suspected I needed a new pressure regulator. Bob let me know that if I got the part myself it would save me $$ and he would come back to install it for just the cost of his time. Very happy with the service and cost and have already recommended to friends.

Called Bob on a Monday morning (after a holiday) with an emergency. He quickly texted me right back saying he was able to accommodate my request to have him come out and take a look at our situation the same day. Thankfully his other customers accommodated our emergency!! Our problem turned out to be larger than either of us anticipated. Bob was very nice, he was professional, incredibly friendly, efficient, clean, and was reasonably priced, considering the mess we had! I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Called 8:00 am on a Monday morning with a non-emergency problem. Left a message. 15 or so minutes later I get a text stating Sorry, Im busy till Wednesday. I got back and said it was not an emergency thats fine but if youre not interested just say so. He texted back the best I can do is Wednesday morning. If you have time to text you have time for a courtesy phone call. I made other arrangements. Just unprofessional in my opinion.

Bob helped me with a situation that seemed like a very simple garbage disposal removal and installation that became very complex. He trouble shot the problem very effectively and creatively came up with a solution to reroute my reverse osmosis system back together with the disposal with new piping.
