If I could give zero stars I would the male worker at this store is very un professional and rude to say the least he always has some sort of comment when I am dropping packages off.I have shipped items to be returned to Amazon many many times from this store every time the man is working(only male Ive seen working there) and takes my packages my refund is not prompt what so ever...anyone that returns to Amazon knows that when you have a prime membership as I do your refund is immediate as soon as the barcode is scanned at the ups store, for some reason this man likes to wait hours sometimes days to scan my packages in. He acts as if he doesnt want to be bothered as if I am not paying to have my item returned excuse me but last time I checked I pay for the membership which in turn pays the ups store for my returns to be processed through them when I return items back to Amazon. If there were another ups store near me I would definitely travel a distance to go there rather then my local store which is 2 minutes from my home just so I would not have to deal with this male worker at my local Hanover ups store and wait on my refunds due to the fact he cant just scan the barcode Im a timely manner when I bring the packages in. All other workers at this store have been pleasant and my packages are scanned in immediately when dropped off I have had my refund by the time I have gotten to my car on other occasions when there is another person working.

Natasha recently assisted me with a package mishap on an epic scale. I am tempted to write out the whole saga...but I will condense it to the basics. I am a clothing designer. My client was on her way to a wedding in Paris that had multiple events, including a masquerade ball, tea party and a black tie dinner. I sent her an (overnight delivery) package full of custom made silk gowns, a full length silk cape and a feather hat and mask. She was not home to sign for it and she had a flight to TX the next morning. UH OH! Natasha was able to re-route this package from NJ to TX...but not in time to catch my client who was on her flight to Paris. She then was able to re-route it AGAIN to Alabama, the next morning, where another guest was leaving for the same wedding. Special arrangements were made to open the UPS hub early so that the package could be picked up as soon as it was off the truck!! Amazing amount of care and effort to help me. I so appreciate it too...that package was worth a lot to me and to my client. I cannot thank you enough for your assistance and professional demeanor. A UPS goddess!! Thank you! Michelle Murphy

Don Should not be in the customer service business. Believe every negative word others wrote here. I was gonna say all the same stuff and was happy to read that others feel, and are treated, as I have been. Now I only ever dealt with Don and I am pretty sure he is the owner. He is the only place in (or near) Hanover. So if you have to use his store be prepared to respect his authority and be treated rudely and with condescension. Ill be using the post office, if I can OR "Goin Postal" unfortunately they do not have the capability to scan a UPS QR, to print your label.

The owner of this store is the rudest, ignorant person Ive ever come in contact with! He obviously hates his job and every customer that sets foot in his store. I was there yesterday to ship something, and an older gentleman walked in to use the copier. He was having some difficulties with the copier and asked for some assistance and the owner totally humiliated this man and said that the problem was was him, not the machine. Ill be sure to take by business elsewhere.

Rude. I have had terrible experiences here if I ever have to interact with people. Just called today about a package I had dropped off 6 days before ans was meant for usps. The tracking number I was given had said ups. I called to ask why it hasnt gone anywhere yet and the man I talked to was rude and basically hung up the phone without saying goodbye when our conversation was done. Never again will I use this location.

The guy working at the store named Don has been completely unprofessional on multiple occasions. He is rude, and has poor customer service. I dread going in there when he is working because of his poor attitude and personality. The most recent time I used their services Don referred to me as a "dumbass" to my girlfriend. If you have to deal with him when you go in the store you will always have a bad experience.

I dont know his name but he could not have been any more sullen or rude. If it was not the only place where I can take my comcast equipment for free I would never go there again. I was relieved to see that he treats everyone like this, not just me!
