Amazon uses Lasership for Same-day delivery in the area. I have had unfortunate luck to be on the end of their route which means they stop by late and this has resulted in numerous lost packages in 2014 and 2015. I dont understand why Amazon continues to do business with Lasership. I am writing this review because January 27th a package was shown as delivered at 7:20pm even though I never heard a knock at my door. Well it was not at the door. I live in an apartment complex and each building is clearly marked. I called Amazon customer service and they were unable to get ahold of Lasership. Morning of the 28th the package was found down by the apartment mailboxes. This means either their driver was lazy and left the high value package out in the open and falsely updated the delivery record, or they are incompetent and left it at someone elses door and they were nice enough to bring it over to my building that morning. Either way, it is clear that their drivers are scumbags and Lasership doesnt care.

This carrier service is the worst. Ordered something from Amazon for same day delivery in which I paid additional shipping fees and didnt receive my package. They sent an email saying they attempted to deliver but I was home at the time they claimed to have tried to deliver but no one knocked on my door, rung my bell or called my phone for a delivery. So now I have to wait an additional day

Lasership (better known as Lazys****) hires the laziest morons to deliver packages. They toss packages in the yard, shove them into mailboxes (illegal) and half the time dont even show up at all. Customer service on the phone takes an eternity although the rep was nice. Amazon needs to quit doing business with these clowns.

Do not use this company. They said they attempted to deliver but I wasnt home. I live on a military base and they have to call me to go to the gate and pick it up. Amazon please stop using this company. Its bad for your company. I know this bc this isnt the 1st time I had to use them.

they deserve 0 stars. on both sat and tues they claimed to have delivered my package and nothing. you call the customer service number and youre on hold forever. ill never use next day shipping again if it means this crappy company handles the delivery.

This has to be the worst not only courier company but the worst BUSINESS model on the planet. These peole lied and said they deliveres my package and i was home the whole time and nobody showed up. Why the hell does amazon still use them??

The absolute worst. They blatantly lie about delivery. They are literally liars with respect to their business practices. I have tried several times to have Amazon put a flag on my account to prevent LaserShip being the courtier.

Exactly as all other raters giving one star. No idea why Amazon continues to use. They leave $500 items outside, yet walk away with a $30 item because no one home to accept. Twice theyve said that when someone was home ALL day.
