Poor customer service, untimely, and I would give a zero if at all possible. Please buy local if you want to do something good for society. Approximately one month ago, one of their drivers of two days hit my shed while dropping off my neibors dog food. The roof is demolished. I had called the FedEx worker back who told me that estimators would call me the next day. They never did. For one week I called this manager everyday, because no estimator called. I asked for his manager. His manager said he could not help me. I called him everyday for days until he finally gave me the estimators number. The estimator told me the manager should have given me their number in the first place. The estimator tells me to get a quote from a roofer. I sent them the estimate a couple of days later from heidler roofing. They quoted $1800. Then, FedEx says they have to get their own estimate because that was too high. One week later, FedEx sends an estimator out who arrived at 6:15am. 15 minutes late, causing me to be late to work. After a couple days, he never gets back to me. I called him. He says the office will get back to me. I waited a couple of days. They never get back to me. I email him asking what the quote is because I want the roof fixed before it starts to leak. Some other guy calls me saying $900, but I have to wait for some other person to get back to me. And, the saga continues and my roof still isnt fixed due to poor customer service. FedEx, you suck.

Their CS sucks, Ive had 2 dates for delivery. Each one was tracked via their website. I checked the website at 3 pm said package was in transit for delivery by end of day. At 4 o clock I checked again and its now changed to the next day. Im waiting on a auto part, so seeing it was to be delivered I start to disassembly the car to only find out that the part is not coming till tomorrow now. CS couldnt carless, I live close and asked to come pick it up. The CS rep tells me they dont have it. This is why I dont use FedEx.

This will be the 5th day that it said on truck for delivery, Still not delivered, Still no good explanation from FedEx. Will never ship via fedex again, will never purchase from anyone that uses fedex exclusively, its not worth the hassle. Called customer service, they said I can pick it up. Which would be fine had their hours not be 8am to 530pm, I work until 5 and its an hour away, Plus I paid to have it delivered. Will stick with UPS from now on, at least they keep the status up to date and never lose my stuff.

Packages were specified for Saturday deliveries. Apparently this location doesnt work Saturday or Sunday but they didnt bother to inform me why my packages showed up on Monday untill the third time I called. Then it took two calls to get a package rerouted to a new address. A week then went by and they didnt bother to inform me the package was undeliverable until I called a week later because it became damaged. Frozen foods.

Horrible! Was told they will drop off package and wait so i wait for 6+ hours only to find they are holding the package! Then i call and they wont answer. I call 1800 go fed ex and they say someone will call you from this location in the next few minutes. an hour goes by and NO CALL!!! Horrible, I will do my best to use UPS over fed ex on ALL my future purchases!!!! Severely disappointed customer!!

It cannot possibly take from the 17th to what is now the 28th of March to get a small 1lb package from this store into southern Lancaster County. There is no excuse for that. That is at most, including traffic, a 1 hour drive. WTH is going on? This is complete bull. Why is this location not getting their stuff straight? This should not be allowed to happen. No one should have to deal with this.

No idea what problems everybody else is having. I have never ever had an issue with FedEx and never this store. Usually things arrive a day earlier than expected and leave the store the same business day as long as it gets there before 9am which is usual. I try to use FedEx when I can, they dont just toss my packages around.

Sitting in my house all day waiting for the FedEx to show except they dont and I get a notice saying they tried to deliever my package but no one was home... ?? I call and they say they will deliever the same time tomorrow - whats the point of paying extra money for and item be shipped in two days when they dont even come?

It has two days already that im tracking my package and it says it was in Lewisburry and then alredy in transit to York Springs and I waited all that day and nothing... the next day Id check and it was arrived to Lewisburry again!! WTF theyre suck..

I LOOOOOOVE the fact that my item was sent from Philly, to Harrisburg, to Exton, to go eventually, to Kennett Square. I believe that all items should get as much mileage under their belt, before they waste their lives away in my office at home.

I WAS CATCHING A FLIGHT OUT OF HARRISBURG IN THE AFTERNOON. I CALLED FEDEX LEWISBERRY TO FAST TRACK THE DELIVERY. SHE CALLED THE DRIVER AND THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED TO MY DOORSTEP NOON. THAT WAS NOT MAGIC.

A package was sent from Texas to Lewisberry and never made it to its final destination in NY. It was last checked in Lewisberry and disappeared for 8 days now?? Is there crooked employees working there?

Absolutely incompetent. Called to hold package, drove 45 min to faculty to pick up package and they put item on the truck. DO NOT RELY ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My package is at this location 27 miles away, not scheduled to be delivered until Monday, 5 days away. Locked in a box, cant be picked up, is this insane?

Two days to travel 4 hours.... really.... Package from California to NJ over 13 days.... NEVER EVER USE --> FedEx SmartPost - nothing smart about it.

Packages sit here forever before moving, its only 30 minutes from me but it takes at least 2 or 3 days for them to even get it out for delivery.

Every package I order sits at this location for 3-4 days MINIMUM without moving. And when I call for questions, I get major attitude.

I worked at this dump for 5 years while in college. Their biggest perk is that they dont require a drug test to get hired.
