Worst experience I have ever had with a package delivery. First it said it would show up last Friday. Then it changed the expected delivery to Monday. Was planning to use the items on Monday night, but then on Monday I didnt receive the package. Checked the tracking and it said that the item was being sent back to the sender because the recipient had refused it. The driver, without attempting to deliver it and without speaking to me at all, reported that I had refused a delivery Ive been waiting on for several days. It was literally still in my neighborhood when I saw that it was listed as being refused, but FedEx said they cannot do anything except send it back. So, after waiting an extra 3 days, I can wait for them to return it, and then have the company that sent it re-package and send it to me a second time. The customer service person was not helpful. She wouldnt give me the correct number to call to sort this out. She said it wouldnt make sense for her to call dispatch or the FedEx location. Im not sure why they wouldnt want to speak to the driver who is causing customer dissatisfaction and who is not doing their job. Called back after attempting to have the sending company fix the issue with FedEx (which was apparently against their policy). The second FedEx customer service person offered totally different information than the first on how to solve the issue. Neither of them solved it or properly reported the mistake.

The drivers are ghosts. It seems that they show up to places to deliver packages without anyone seeing them. Its really remarkable. They dont use common sense, or courtesy when delivering packages, so dont expect to receive anything which has to come through this facility. When I called to complain - a drunk guy returned my call - and Im not even kidding. Another time I called to complain about the same thing - and managers just call me back to argue that their drivers are right, and Im wrong; Not to actually fix the problem. The Beltsville location would do well to lose their FedEx contract, fire all their workers, and close their facility - for all the good it does FedEx customers. Maybe that would be a step in the right direction. If I could give this place negative stars, I certainly would.

Every time I order something online I cringe when the vendor only has a Fed Ex mailing option because I know it has to come through this facility as the final destination to get to me. Whenever I track the package it gets to this Beltsville location on time and without a hitch. Meanwhile it says out for delivery in the morning and of course it never arrives by the end of the day on the scheduled day. If you need something delivered on time plan ahead and expect your package never to arrive on the estimated delivery day. I live in DC and the delivery drivers on this route are either overloaded and understaffed, or theyre just flat out lazy and taking their sweet ass time to complete their deliveries knowing they can just deliver it the next day. Happens ALL THE TIME!

I would have to agree with the other negative comments about FedEx Ground Service. For a week, my package has been listed as "exception delivery" when no delivery was attempted; claiming no one was available for signature. So not true as our office cameras will show no one from FedEx Ground EVER came through the doors. Poor customer service adds to the list of reasons why I still dont have a package delivered that was a holiday gift and due to be delivered on December 19. With three different calls to FedEx, still nothing. Come on, FedEx! You can do better than this. If there were negative stars, I would be gladly give those.

Package was in limbo for days (status unavailable) before finally showing up as in transit from Beltsville facility today. System then stated they couldnt find my house (Ive never had an issue in the past with deliveries!) - but come to find out the package never made it onto a truck! We dont trust from other reviews that they will get it together to actually deliver it tomorrow, so my husband will have to go pick up the package. Im generously giving 2 stars as the woman I spoke with at the facility was honest, polite and helpful

Seems to be a pattern here at this fedex location. Who ever these drivers are they need to fire them. For two days I have been home waiting for my pkg. Going into day three tomorrow. I have called them and left simple, clear instructions if they arrive after hours what to do. And he still claims that delivery was unavailable. There is a freaky call system to use to call the residents in the bldg. Do you need glasses? Can you read? You dont even deserve a star.

Absolutely horrible customer service. My package is 4 BUSINESS days late, and I was promised on 3 separate occasions that it would be here "the next day." A lady even called me yesterday from this location saying that, "my package has been put on top priority and will be there tomorrow morning (aka today)" AND ITS STILL NOT HERE! FedEx is a horrible company with even worse customer service.

Waited 12 hours then all of sudden ,note put in tracking that i have requested future delivery, when I did not. Package made it all the way from Canada, till it got to this Beltsville Trolley lane location. Clearly a bunch of LAZY oafs in that Beltsville office collecting a paycheck. Very bad. oNE STAR IS EVEN TOO MUCH. UNACCEPTABLE. I WILL BE CLAIMING THE MONEY I PAID BACK

I had a notification saying there was no one for signature , infact my package tracking information saying it will be delivered by the end of the day and they came to my address at noon which doesnt make sense and on top I tried to call the customer service who are not helpful at all and rather argue with me .

This is the 3rd day in a row that "an exception occurred." I was home all day, watching the window. Not a single FedEx truck even entered the parking lot. Dont ever expect them to deliver anything from this location. If they follow through on any package in a timely manner, its a bloody miracle.

ordered a soda machine and they wont leave it at my house because the CO2 cartridges are considered "hazardous". Even though they attempted delivery at my house in DC, they cant leave it at a DC Fed ex shop. Now I have to drive out to beltsville to get the package.

They never delivered to my house at all, so now I have to go all the way to Beltsville to pick up my package, they dont mind these negative comments because people have no choice but to patronize them, they are a big business, so what are you going to do. ?.

The FedEx Ground sucks ass, its never on time and its gives this bullshit excuse like customer not available or business closed for 4/5 days straight while I wait for my package every day and night and I have never seen a delivery truck in our compound.

Just like the others, driver never showed. I even had a note telling him to leave my package and no luck. This is so unacceptable. They need to figure this out. Ups from now on. Always
