The employees in this office go out of their way to serve their customers. It may be that the upper management in Lehigh Valley that hinders their service. Those people in Lehigh Valley are not in touch with the local customers and try to manage without knowing the real needs of the customers as local management does. They are always short handed of employees in that office and they do there best of what they have. And it is a USPS business, the building they are in is a rental. Most Post Office buildings in rural America are rented.

This is not an USPS. My grandparents own this property and it is two shops that are leased. This hasnt been a postal service since I can remember them owning it which has been well over 15 years.

They do not answer their phones. They do not have an answering machine. They have kept my packages for days (verified with usps tracking) and not delivered them.
