Tall man with gray hair- worker- refused, rudely, to accept and process my prepaid package because of the way I taped the label. When I applied additional tape to satisfy his concern, while he observed, he still refused to accept the mail because I used, what he considered to be, the incorrect tape. The tape was standard clear packaging tape that was available for use at the Post Office. There was no uncovered piece of paper, everything was covered excessively. Unacceptable treatment of a customer. Very disappointed. I traveled to a different Post Office location and the package was accepted with no issue.

Rules are put in place to protect the consumer. IIona clearly doesnt understand this. The staff here is top notch. John and Linda work hard to support the Westtown community. I appreciate this convenient Westtown office
