This post office is one of the best post offices I have been to in the United States of America. Every time i go there, I am treated with courtesy, care, and everybody is absolutely friendly and polite. This is one of my favourite post offices in the nation and I urge the other post offices in the nation to learn from this unique post office that serve us and make us pleased with their service. I drive many kilometres out of my way to go this post office, and although I live in wayne, PA, I still keep my postal box there where I still get my mail. Thank you so much for your excellent service dearest office.

I live in the delivery area for this post office. They have refused to deliver any packages to my house. They state that I am in Chadds Ford. but if you google my address with a zip code from there it puts my house several miles west of here. The clerks I have spoken to have been completely unhelpful, and have told me that basically I do not exist. As a former postal carrier, and a decedent of quite a few former Post Masters of post offices around here I find their customer service HORRID. I would suggest getting your mail delivered by ANYONE else besides them if you can.

Wont deliver to us. We are a very large business within 2 miles of this post office. Every time a package comes through their office the carrier returns it saying that we dont exist. We sit on 10 acres on Rt202 you cant miss us.
