If I could give this post office zero stars I would. The manager Carla, her customer service is nonexistent, not only did they not know where my package was and sent me to the post office on Philadelphia Pike but upon my return because Philadelphia Pike Did not in fact havemy package, they then explain to me that they couldnt find my package that I needed to call the manager to see where my package was. When I finally got in touch with the manager after four days of calling she was completely rude and completely unhelpful and made it as though it was my fault that the people that work in the office that she manages are in capable of doing the simple job of going to the back and looking for a package. It is absolutely disgusting the lack of customer service and that establishment. They should all be fired and they should rehire better staff. ** sidenote** my postman is always very sweet and helpful... THANK GOD Carlas nasty behind attitude hasnt rubbed off on him****

The delivery personnel at this facility dont do their job. For months my packages has been delivered not to my home but to the leasing office. My husband is home all day during the day. And never do they attempt to deliver the packages to out home. Once again i was home all day waiting for a package that the post office had since yesterday at 2a!. Finally i get a status update that it was delivered! Where? I have nothing in my mailbox! Now i have to wait until monday to see if the leasing office has my package. Oh and did i mention these past few months i have to go out my way and pick up packages from the office. Due to the fact that their delivery personal doesnt want to do their job..... and when i get to the office there is boxes of other residence packages. This has been going on for months i call and 9xs out of 10 the phone is busy. I am going to higher ups bc this is just ridiculous

I order packages almost weekly from Amazon and 90% of the time, I get them a day later than the delivery date. Today was the same issue. I got my piece of junk mail they felt like leaving but for some reason my package was undeliverable despite the fact that 1) I was home indoors and 2) someone else was out front pulling weeds. It happens at least 3 times a month. Calling the post office is a joke because they always have the same answer "I dont know what the carrier was doing." WHAT?! Why dont you?! Same goes for the supervisor if youre lucky enough to get them on the phone. They never have an answer as to why. Hold your employees accountable for their job! This is why the mail service is dying! Ive also had packages marked as delivered and I never received them! Horrible horrible horrible post office. If only I could avoid them.

They have def earned this one star. Attitude is just horrible. There are some good ones in there, but when I call the line is ALWAYS BUSY!! The customers have an attitude coming IN and it just doesnt get better. What happened to customer service?? They dont care. I came in there to find my package and all the person could tell me was that the number was written down wrong, WELL I HAVE IT ON MY SMARTPHONE. You can see what I missed, or you can at least TRY! I had my 18 mon and 3 year old with me and it would have just been nice to NOT have to go back and forth btwn post offices. Finally I just ended up waiting at my prior address, praying that my former landlord wouldnt call the cops while I waited. Gah! I have to do it again tomorrow because NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE!!! ALL DAY! This is ridiculous!

Does anyone at this office do their job ever? I always get really upset when I see a package of mine end up here. They never actually attempt to deliver anything. I always have to find a way of getting here to pick my packages up, which is a huge hassle because I cant drive and when I do have a ride, theyre closed. They also never answer their phone when I call to get an explanation as to why they are holding my packages hostage. I always get a busy signal. This branch needs to either be shut down or hire ACTUAL WORKERS. This incompetence at the expense of my mail is unacceptable and borderline tampering with mail. ALSO USPS STOP SENDING MY MAIL HERE! THERES A BETTER POST OFFICE ON PHILADELPHIA PIKE THATS CLOSER TO MY HOUSE THAT HAS VERY RARELY EVER FAILED ME!

I hate this post office problems all the time Im beginning to its personal ,I track all of my package and its priority mail I was supposed to get a package today 4/7/17 I spoke to someone on the phone and he told me it was a new person on this route a there were going to come back and redeliver the package with in a hour and that was 3:45 pm at 5:00 pm I still didnt receive my package so I call again gave my tracking information then the person put me on hold when he returned he said no one has my package on the truck and it wasnt at post office then asked me if there was something wrong with my address them I told him I have the tracking information rite in front of me then he said hell personality deliver it and now its 6:19 pm I DID NOT PACKAGE WTF

The WORST post office I have ever dealt with. I ordered a text book at a good price and instead of delivering at my house (19809) they left my package on the front porch at a house in the 19805 zip code. My house is literally around the corner from the post office but some how my package ended up in inner city Wilmington. So now I have to order the text book again but have to spend 3 times as much. The seller was nice enough to refund my money but who is to say I wont incur the same issue when I order the book again since there is no control over who the seller chose to deliver. This post office should be reimbursing me, not the seller. The most incompetent employees ever. Zero stars really!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. My boyfriend called and they left him on hold for over an hour just to tell him my package is on a truck. So he calls the next day because my package was marked as priority (2-3) day shipping and this time he spoke with a manager and received the same reaponse, the manager sounded uninterested and bored. They never asked him if he wanted his money back or offered any solutions if I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not go to this post office the staff is unfriendly on the phone and at the location (I went in the post office as well). They leave packages on a random truck and are extremely unorganized as well as unprofessional

By far the worst post office I have ever been to. How is a package undeliverable when the address is right there and its a business. Its like they dont even try. Then you try and call them and the number is always busy. Finally get to someone, and they have to leave a note for the supervisor whom seems to never be there and everyone has a I dont care attitude. I paid for 2 day shipping for a reason. WTF. On two separate occasions my package was "undeliverable" and sat on a mail truck for over a week until they got tired of me calling and going there everyday. I try to avoid this post office at all cost.
