Good place for the price, nice equipment and convenient, not a friendly manager and not a friendly or up front place. When our badge was lost, owner took it for herself and never told us. The badges are a big deal, by the way, the owner claims you must return them. When we renewed our membership for the winter, the owner nonchalantly told us she had our badge, including a nice lanyard and to replace it gave us an old broken badge! No apologies! Last month we told the owner we wished to cancel at the end of the month. No one mentioned we had to turn our badges in before the end of the month, just that we would need to return them and they would stop the autodraft. Today when we confronted the owner, she said thats too bad, youre not getting a refund, you were supposed to turn your badges in before the end of last month. So we get the joy of paying for a month we dont want. This is theft, and she offered no apologies or willingness to reverse the draft. Some owner, Margie Worrell is.

This Snap location is one of the better places ive been. The location does not have high traffic so even during the peak hours using the weights and area is not a problem. The Trainers are some of the coolest people i have met working in a facility. They may not have a steam room but for the size i wouldnt expect it. maybe something to look into. I just moved out of the area so unfortunately i will not be staying around for much longer but i would highly recommend this location if you are a local.
