I have always considered myself to be a pretty good athlete, but after I started going to "CrossFit West Chester", I realized I was lacking in my "Total body" fitness realm. I have been a member for about 8 months, I started going 2 days a week; and now, well I dont think I can get enough. I am completely astonished at my results both physically and mentally. CrossFit West Chester is not just a gym it is also a motivating community, filled with both support and inspiration. The coaches are knowledgable as well as dependable, all around I am happy to have found this community.
