We joined this gym so that we could have a place where our 11 year old would feel welcome. So far he has enjoyed the gym and is the only reason we have a membership. I on the other hand have not found this gym to be anything special. For one Im not allowed in the pool because I have a hereditary skin condition called Psoriasis and they request that I stay out of the pools. My son loves to swim so I find myself sitting on the side of the pool fully clothed so that he can enjoy himself. I also have a very bad back. Really wanted to do some Yoga, but most of those classes are far too early in the morning and are not as convenient as other classes. They have a nice cafe, which is where I find myself most of the time were there. Overall a nice gym just not for me. Also tried to enroll my son in Summer camp but after multiple emails and phone calls I am giving up. They will return my emails but not my calls. Ive even stopped in several times to try to talk with someone, but again, no one is available to talk. So now Im enrolling him in another summer camp further away because time is running out.

If youre weighing the option of joining a high-end fitness club like ACAC vs. a "budget" fitness club like Anytime Fitness, ACAC is the clear choice. The options including the equipment, the staff, the classes, the towel service make ACAC a very enjoyable experience that will have you working out on a more regular basis. I actually ended my membership at ACAC and joined the local Anytime Fitness and ended up not working out nearly as much because I didnt care for the facility. I also didnt like the Anytime Fitness sneaky approach to billing (e.g., being told that I was signing up for a 12-month membership, then later being told that it was an 18-month membership, so that I was on the hook for six extra months of payments. Anytime Fitness also slips in extra charges for club maintenance. At the end of the day, its worth it to pay more (if you can) for a fitness membership that youll actually use and for the club that doesnt try to deceive its members. I would recommend ACAC to anyone.

The secret to ACAC is not the spaciousness, for it is spacious or for the top flight equipment available. It is not because of the Childrens programs which are many and varied. It not even for the huge variety of classes to fit almost everyones exercise/training needs. Not the café either, though the food is great. The secret is in the People there. No matter what their job, they are always there to answer any question or take you to someone who can answer if they dont know. They are warm, friendly and in some cases outrageous. Thats the outrageous that is a delight and can leave a smile on your face all day. They look like they love coming to work everyday. Thats what sets ACAC above the other choices you might make in fitness.

The best gym Ive ever seen! Wonderful, helpful trainers on the floor wholl help you with a machine or form, great classes and instructors who will talk to you about the class and how well it will fit your needs and level, and really good people at the spa. Connies welcome at the front desk makes you want to go and work out. Lots of equipment, all in good repair. Costs more than P***** F******, but you get so much more.

Only place with a heated THERAPY pool and has instructors for that pool. They also have a pool for laps and a sauna plus two outside swimming pools. Their exercise room is well equipped except it isnt as large or as extensive as other big named Fitness centers but the staff IS very knowledgeable and Helpful as well as FRIENDLY. They also have a Registered Nurse on staff. There is an indoor track and basketball courts.

Clean facility, accommodating staff, and open on many holidays. I enjoy the indoor track when it is too miserable to hike the outdoor parks. Ive made many friends of all age groups and feel like I am among quality people.I do, however, wish that the rule against cell phone use in the weight lifting area would be enforced. I know that the Smith machine looks like a cyber cafe but...REALLY?!

This is a great gym. The equipment is top notch, the instructors are top notch that engage the people in the classes. The facility is amazing, there is an onsite cafe, onsite spa, and a little shop for quick need items. The personal trainers there know their stuff. I highly recommend Brian Lewis!! :)

This gym is great. The staff is friendly and not pushy like most other gyms Ive been to. The amenities are wonderful. I would love to go back but its super expensive. If you can afford it, its probably the best gym in the area.

Excellent gym, clean, nice, couldnt ask for anything better. I love the outdoor pool in the summer months. I also love the SPA. Nick gives the best deep tissue massages.

Its not inexpensive but its a great gym with equipment, pools and childrens activities. Something for everyone.
