C & J were absolutely excellent in all ways. I took my car there with a muffler problem. First, they performed a safety and maintenance inspection to determine the exact problem. They literally showed me exactly what was wrong while the car was on the lift. This had never happened to me, and it was extremely refreshing to see the problem as it existed. They explained my options and the associated costs. I went with their recommendation, and they fixed it in a timely manner to my complete satisfaction. Going to C & J saved me $350 as compared to a dealer estimate!! From the moment I walked in everyone was kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly I immediately felt that I could trust them and they were totally looking out for their customers. I highly recommend them!!

This place is great. Customer service at its finest! Im not the most knowledgeable when it comes to car stuff but they always take the time to explain everything before they do it and review & explain the charges with me before I pay. Prices are fair and I never feel like Im being duped or talked into anything that doesnt need done. Ive always been pleased with the outcome of the services provided. And above all, the entire staff are always very pleasant, helpful, friendly, and genuinely just nice people. I will always give C&J my business because I have never had anything less than a great experience here. Thanks guys and keep doing what youre doing!

I have been a customer with C & J Car Care Center for quite some time. The owners and staff our outstanding with regards to customer service. They have always gone out of there way to provide me with good service on my vehicles as well as provide me with important information on my vehicle and what may need to be done in the future. On most occasions I wait while service is being performed and have found them all to be very friendly and informative. I would recommend C & J Car Care Center to anyone who needs a good, well trained, friendly and knowledgeable place to take there vehicle for service.

This shop is great. This was my first time here and I will definitely be back. The communication is great, and every staff member I encountered are extremely nice and knowledgeable. There was an issue with the part that was being replaced due to NAPA and other part stores not making the part I needed and the part had to be ordered from ford directly. Ford was unable to deliver the part for 2 hours so one of the mechanics went to the dealer to pick it up for me. The customer service is great.

This shop was incredibly helpful. I was traveling on the interstate when my swaybar broke. I hobbled to their shop, worried about being stuck in a strange place for days. I brought my van to them at 2:30pm, and they had it ready by 9:30 the next morning! They drove me to the Motel 6 and also picked me up there with all my things when the car was ready. My van has been working great since, and I made it to the West Coast with no problems. Very honest and efficient. I highly recommend them.

Great job done in record time! You guys rock! I cannot say enough good things about this company. They are hard working, fair and care about their customers. We landed there as an emergency and they found a hard to find replacement differential and installed in the blink of an eye. We were back on the road in only one day. John even negotiated a better price for the part and made sure I got the AAA discount. And yes, they even rotated and changed tires for me. .

First time at C and J Car Care, Jim and his crew are fantastic. When speaking with Jim about installing a turbo back exhaust system he covered every detail of the process to me beforehand and finished the vehicle ahead of schedule. After looking over their work it is obvious they pay close attention to detail, my full turbo back exhaust was completely seamless and professional. Jim is now my go to mechanic for future modifications.

I have an old Ford van that I use for work and have been taking it for service at C&J Car Care Center for a few years now. They always take great care of Mini! I have taken it to Ford Dealers in the past. Not only was it very expensive but my problems were not always fixed. That has not been the case here. Their prices are very fair and the job is done right the first visit. They also back their work 100%!! Thank you C&J!

This place was great. My car died and AAA took it here. John talked to me on the phone and always had a plan. He laid out the pros and cons and I felt informed and educated. They did a tremendous amount of work on my car (used engine, radiator, all new belts, new starter, tie rod repair,.....) I am sure another shop would have cost me at least 20% more. Would definitely recommend.

So I was traveling and the transmission just quit. In a strange town I expected to get abused. But these guys, instead of taking advantage of an opportunity to make some easy money, went out of their way to find the least costly solution to a difficult problem. The are not only extremely competent - they are honorable. I highly recommend this shop.

These guys are awesome!! I had to have the engine in my 2010 Kia replaced after Kia Motors denied my warranty claim. The guys at C & J were able to find me a low mileage, used engine and have it installed quickly and the car now runs great. The cost was less than half of the amount Kia wanted to charge. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

C&J did not try to take advantage of the fact that Im a girl and know nothing about cars. I was told by another car repair center that I need "this and that." When I took my car to C&J, they called to tell me that I didnt in face need all this - They saved me a lot in labor costs and I would recommend them to anyone!
