As a young female, finding a trustworthy car shop can be a daunting task. Recommended to me by a friend, I began taking my car to Integrity Auto a few years ago. They are honest, reliable, and efficient. Example 1: I took my car in to get all 4 wheels aligned. I received a call later in the day saying that my tires didnt need a full alignment, just a small adjustment, and that I would only be charged for the work done. Example 2: My car didnt start one night, so I scheduled Integrity and their preferred towing service to pick my car up in the next day. When the tow truck got to my car, it miraculously started. Integrity called me to ask what I wanted to do. I went ahead and had the car taken to Integrity to get everything checked out. And even though they spent considerable time on my car, the charge was negligible, as they didnt find anything wrong. I have since recommend this shop to other friends who have had similarly positive experiences.

Integrity Auto goes above and beyond to provide incredible customer service and their name is well deserved. A friend recommended this place to me after she had a few great experiences so I thought I would give it a try. My fiancee had her car inspected and Greg (the owner) was very nice and helpful and it was an overall excellent experience. Today, when my car would not start, I decided to have it towed to Integrity. They determined the issue was a dealer only fix so I unfortunately had to have it towed to a dealer, but they did not charge me a dime. I cannot stress enough how friendly, helpful, and honest the staff are, especially Greg. Theres no reason to worry about being "ripped off" or charged for work that doesnt need to be done. AND, on top of the customer service, the labor rate is the same (if not lower) than most other garages. Overall, an A+ company!

I have been using Integrity for years. I have had both minor and major repairs performed. This is an honest shop, and Greg explains the choices clearly. When you have work done, it can be done as cheaply as possible, or with better quality parts with a care for safety and long term wear. Integrity chooses the latter. I have had a couple of repairs that have been on the order of $1K, and have always had the problem(s) explained to me and seen the damage to the car, and a good explanation as to what the parts cost and the labor involved, and what my other options might be. I have also brought my car in sure thane thing was wrong, and left with a much cheaper repair being done to fix the problem. I have never felt taken advantage of, or felt that unnecessary work was done. Greg and his employees are trustworthy.

Very disappointed with my recent experience, after bringing my car here for a while now, I had a standard oil change this time. I also asked them to look at my windshield wiper fluid mechanism and I was told "if it was something easy" they would go ahead and do it, if it was going to cost something then they would call. I just picked up my car and I got charged $25 for each fluid mechanism and $28 for labor to change - totaling $78... When all I wanted was an oil change. Now $78 doesnt seem like "something easy." If this was the cost fine, but I receive NO PHONE CALL to discuss this with me and from my experiences this is illegal. Unfortunately they just lost my business and the business of people I had once referred.

I purchased my car after getting it checked by Integrity. They seemed honest and trustworthy and I always took my car to them for inspections. Recently I took my car for an inspection and they said my car wouldnt pass inspection until I spend approx 1300 to replace part of the suspension! I took it to the dealer who has been taking care of the maintenance and repair of my car since I purchased it. The dealer couldnt find any serious problem with the part Integrity asked to replace! I still think Integrity people are honest but their knowledge on certain vehicles (mine is a Toyota Solara) may be limited!

They are honest, just like the name suggests. Ive used them now for over 5 years. They have competitive prices, but are not the cheapest. However, the service has always been top notch and multiple times they have suggested I not got work done that another auto shop suggested. I am always able to discuss my budget and negotiate type of parts (dealer vs aftermarket vs other manufacturers). They know what parts are OK to use aftermarket parts on and will try to save me money if possible. Great guys, good service, and I trust them. 5 stars. Plus, within walking distance to Strong hospital.

To say this shop has integrity is an understatement. My wife and I have been bringing our cars to Greg for over 7 years. Recently, the car needed some work due to a check engine light, which ran several hundred dollars. When the engine light came back on 3 weeks later, the shop took another look and repaired it free of charge, stating that while the cracked hoses that were replaced really did need to be done, they neglected to replace a second part that probably should have been replaced the first time. They did not charge me for the labor (3 hours) or the new part.

Watch out for this guy! After reading the good reviews here, I thought I would give this place a try. From the reviews I expected, at the very least, a decent experience. It was the opposite. I found the owner to be short tempered, rude and dismissive. There are plenty of good shops in the area. Ask yourself if you would take a chance on the experience I received. I recommend finding another shop.

I have been going to integrity for years and feel they take great care of both my car (audi TT) and my husbands Volkswagen. They always take the time to explain and SHOW my husband the areas that need repair to ease his mind and mine. I have never felt ripped off and feel they are very fair on their labor charges. I have recommended this shop to many of my friends who have all been very satisfied.

I am a long time customer of the shop and have been using them since they opened. It may be more expensive than some of the places you could find, BUT...they also never "find stuff I need to fix" to pad the bill as some of the chain store shops do to make up for discounted prices. I trust them to do repairs that are needed and nothing more. Integrity is not just a name.

Found a very costly and potentially dangerous issue with my last car, and didnt try to pull the wool over my eyes in anyway. I eventually replaced that car. When this ones out of warranty, I would go here again. If you pay attention to your car and do maintenance, mechanics are not enemies. Similar to teenagers resenting cops because they have a lead foot.

Poor customer satisfaction. Price for the new part is almost tripple than the average market price (including original company price). I asked about this price difference from the owner. Rather than giving satisfactory answer, he told this is the way we sell our auto parts and earn money. If you dont like our price, this is not the place for you to visit.
