Since we moved to VA, we were looking for an honest reputable mechanic and we are lucky to have this shop! They are all hard working, intelligent, and fair people at this shop who give you a true diagnosis of your car without all the extras added to a quote to rip you off. You can trust what they are telling when it comes to repairing and maintenance of your car. Max and Todd are the best and always take good care of each customer! We will always stay loyal to this shop!

Either management is dishonest or mechanics are inept. I only went here because I was fresh to the area. After a safety inspection I was told I needed some $400+ dollars in repairs! Shocked, I took my car back to my old trusted mechanic who assured me there was nothing wrong with my car. Will never go back to these clowns. Unfortunately still searching for a auto repair place I can at least somewhat trust in NoVA...

I wanted to buy a 2003 Camry, A/C was not working, before buying showed it to Max, charged me $90 for checking/Labors, after 2hrs working they said compressor has to be replaced, I asked how much is price, Max replied $800 only for parts, I decided to not buy that car, when returned and looked online the price of compressor is from $180 to $275, really unhappy with their service and totally unrealistic quotation.

Max is awesome! Now considered family to us and our cars. For those of you out there that still take your cars to the dealership...this is the guy the dealership calls when they cant figure something out. Luckily over the last 15 years we have been under Maxs care and we wouldnt go anywhere else. Great location and very, very flexible when it comes to needing a car in a jiffy.

This place is a scam! Brought my car in two weeks ago and they havent looked to see what the problem is. When I finally got tired of waiting and decided to move it to a different mechanic that had assured me to be done with it in a day they wanted to charge me diagnostic fees for a car that they had not even looked at. Soliciting at its finest!

Generally speaking Im very skeptical of repair shops. However, Ive been taking my vehicle here for the past year and Im very pleased with the service and quality of work. They are fair and do an excellent job of explaining their work, especially to my wife.
