Very disappointed after a week of their working on the car, many calls, and almost $650 in "repairs." The car would not start. They initially diagnosed as a bad fuel pump. Then it started and they said it needed an optispark distributor, and they would install a water pump if needed since they had to pull it. They were "200% certain" this was the problem. They returned the car to me with a check engine light that wasnt on before; a significant noise under the hood that wasnt there before; and the car is still intermittently not starting. And no real explanation for not changing the water pump when they noted to me at pickup that it appeared to be making noise. They are not returning our phone calls. praemonitus praemunitus

Great local shop. Ive been looking for a shop to take my car to for work that I cant do myself and it looks like I just found my go to guys! I took my BMW with aftermarket suspension in to get a four wheel alignment. They quoted me $70 on the phone and even though they went to hours over schedule on my car they still charge me the quoted amount. The car handles amazing now! Definitely recommend them. Thanks a lot team one!

Ive taken my car to Team 1 multiple times, and they are always fair with me. I get the impression that they have worked hard to keep costs low on the repair, and they always let me know if there are any items that I can push off until later. Ive worked with Tim and Jared and both of them have been very polite and accommodating. If you live in Mechanicsburg, you cant beat the prices or services.

I called Ken at 8:30 am this morning in within a hour I had my car dropped off an he gave me a loaner to use for the day. They have a good group of guys over there an there customer service is top notch. They are for sure the go to team for car service. They probably dont hear enough so Im going to say it now thank you guys for everything yall do, its much appreciated.

I really like this shop. Ken and Barry are extremely kind and easy to deal with. I had them do a wheel alignment and inspection on my Camaro. They have the best prices in Mechanicsburg currently when it comes to inspections and wheel alignments. I highly recommend this shop. They have a great attitude and I plan on doing business with them again. 5 stars.
