This place is very unprofessional. my storage unit leaked. Every time you go to use the customer bathroom there is never no toilet paper in it and there is always urine all over the toilet seat. I am in the storage unit about 3 times a week and work in there for hours at a TIME AND the bathroom looks like this every time. I GO TO USE IT very unprofessional. I am in the process of looking for a NEW storage unit AS OF I CAN NOT WORK 4 SOMETIME 5 HOURS WITH OUT GOING TO THE BATHROOM.. highly recommend renting someplace else I have talked to the faculty that work there. I have left two people know about the bathroom issue 1st Brittany FRISTED and 2 Andy ON A DIFFERENT DAY then today AGAIN Ive let two people know that was working in the office that the bathroom is still not clean however I dont think it is a customers job to tell employees that are SETTING in a FRONT OFFICE to go CLEAN a bathroom.

The storage experience itself was great. Price was fair, and the space allotted was more than fair. My only gripe was the way I was treated. I prefer to pay in cash BEFORE the rent is due. They were ok with that and thats pretty cool. However, I am a transgender individual, and everytime I would associate with the manager he would address me as "sir", and purposely use male pronouns towards me. I asked him once to please not call me sir, and he said, "Im sorry for the respect," as if I wanted to be called sir. I referred my aunt to this place, and on that day, to no avail, I got multiple male pronouns used in reference to me. Good place, but LGBT, especially transgender, wont feel welcome here.

Initial contact with warehouse management Personnel was very positive. I received a complete and thorough explanation of how the warehouse worked and that also included a walk through of the area. Policies were discussed and particulars relating to usage. The contract process was simple and straightforward and easy to understand. The facility is clean, secure, and easily accessible. I researched several other facilities before I made my decision.I feel very comfortable with storing my items in this facility.

Excellent service. I called first and Brittany (customer service rep) outlined my service and answered all my questions. They were not pushy at all but willing to help. Called next day and did my transaction over the phone. When I went there they were totally respectful and will got help. The place was extremely clean and they had hand carts to assist. Loved it! MBG Self Storage worked out great while we were between homes. The place is clean and there was never a worry about rain getting in or rodents as this facility is INDOOR. Steve, did a great job setting us up and was very professional over the last 6 months. I would use this facility in a heartbeat!

Dont rent a storage unit here unless you are fine with your items getting wet. There is no barrier between the sprinkler system and your unit. Not a very good design.
