OUTSTANDING AUTO REPAIR SERVICE IN NAZARETH, PA!!!!!!! FEBRUARY 2nd, 2016-HAPPY RETURN CUSTOMER. The check engine light came on in our Mercury this morning. I called Lou Murante. Thomas the Service Mgr. told me to bring it in. 3 hours later he called to tell me the vehicle was done. His technician diagnosed the problem correctly, replaced the part with a premium aftermarket part, priced my service very reasonably and got me back on the road in 3 hours!!! It is a pleasure to do business with honest people who can diagnose an issue correctly and is much more price competitive than bringing your car back to the dealer. Thank you Thomas and Lou Murante Auto Repair. If you live in the Nazareth, Pa. area and you need your car repaired, or, if you just need scheduled maintenance, bring your car here. MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH MURANTE AUTO REPAIR. This morning I was getting gas. The attendant tapped on my window and noted that I was over due for inspection. I had completely forgot to get my car inspected. I called Lou Murantes Auto Repair in Nazareth. Lou, and Thomas the service mgr. took me in immediately and had me out in less than an hour. They did not try to sell me anything I did not need, they were pleasant and professional. I have worked in the automotive business almost 40 years so I can size up an outstanding shop immediately. The facility is clean, organized and professional. Most importantly, his technicians are ASE Certified. This is the equivilant of going in to your doctors office and seeing his medical degrees on the wall. It means his technicians are trained and certified to work on all aspects of your vehicle like brakes, suspension parts, electronic components, etc. I highly reccomend this local family business to anyone who is looking for an honest, knowledgeable, fairly priced shop in the Nazareth, Pa. area.

I have been dealing with this professional (& team) for over 5 years now. I actually used his services when my wife won a "FREE OIL CHANGE/SERVICING" coupon, which was donated by Lou, to a fund-raiser at a basket-bingo affair. I used the coupon & discovered a new friend & professional service mechanic. This is a family-run organization, honest, down-to-earth, & very caring team. We even switched the servicing on our 07 Volvo to his facility, as all factory servicing is available here, as well. Lou & his team are well-trailed & knowledgeable professionals. The shop/service area as clean, neat, & organized. Keep-up the good work gang, & keep those discount-coupons coming! I now have my 2013 Honda CRF250L enduro motorcycle inspected annually here, as well as my wifes 13 Volvo, & did I mention my 04 Toyota Tacoma with over 150,000 miles - these professionals keep it running like a new one!

Sincere and Genuine. This is what comes to mind after my experience with Murante Auto Repair. My Mini Cooper was rear ended from a distracted driver. The back bumper had dents, cracks, and crease damage. I thought I was going to have the bumper replaced. They were very sincere and friendly from the moment I showed up for an estimate. This is the first time I have been to a repair shop with such quick turn around times. They had the bumper looking good as new in less than two business days. And I didnt have to replace it either. Just from speaking with them, you can easily see how genuine they are with what they do and care about their customers. Very enthusiastic and informative. On top of that, they topped the car off with a wash. The car looks cleaner than when I dropped it off. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Even though I didnt have an appointment they still squeezed me in to get a plan of action for my car. The most welcoming and professional atmosphere Ive ever had at an auto repair shop. The owner Lou is a a real friendly and funny guy. His associate Tom is just as great. They give you all your options and make sure that their plan of repair works for you, telling you costs and how much it will take. The best part (for me at least) is that they have a cat chilling in the shop! Seriously made my day! They even asked beforehand if its ok that hes out just incase I was allergic. Really makes the difference when they are so mindful of the customer in every aspect. Lucky I live so close to them, but even if it was a 30min. drive for me I would still come to them. Thank you so much.

I had initially brought my truck to a local dealership due to a check engine light coming on and found out that I lost compression in one of my cylinders. The dealer told me I needed to rebuild my cylinder heads (a $3,000 repair). Luckily, I brought my car to Murante for a 2nd opinion. They took the time to carefully investigate the problem, and it resulted in them finding the true cause of the problem which was more minor and only a $500 repair. In addition to their diligence and honesty, the entire staff was a pleasure to deal with and you could tell that they truly care about their customers. Murante is my new go to place for all auto repair work.

I took my car in for a turn signal replacement . At the time I didnt know what was wrong with my turn signal the owner came to me and told me " the only thing you needed was a light bulb in your turn signal" . for some reason I was charged $320 when I asked him why I was being charged this much the owner told me " Oh we give a full look over of all the cars when they first come in ".In my opinion I would highly suggest to not bring your car to his shop . The only thing their looking for is your money I will not be going back to this repair shop ever again .

I found Murante through a quick google search of mechanics near me and I am glad I did! My car was due for inspection so I called to schedule an appointment and brought the car in. They offered a shuttle service, asked if there was anything I wanted them to look at in addition to the inspection, and were very hospitable. They were incredibly efficient and ensured my car was working in a safe and proper manner before I left. Ill be using Murante for the rest of my auto needs as well as telling my friends and family members!

Friendly and Professional Experience. Being relatively new to the area I was pleased to have chosen Murante Auto Repair for some work on our Xterra. Lou does a great job of explaining what needs to be done and patiently answers all of my questions. The prices are fair and the work and parts are high quality. So far Ive had two repairs done at Murante and both were done on-time with no issues. Service this good is rare these days. I will continue to be a customer.

I have been going there for years. I work nearby and can drop off the car before hours (key drop) and pick it up after work. We keep my 1997 "old clunker" running - just turned over the 100,000 mile mark. I get oil changes every 3,000 mi and keep up with the suggested services to keep the car going. Thats still cheaper than a monthly payment! :) We also take our newer van in for its required service and maintenance. And I love the office cat!!
