I bought a brand new Honda Civic 2012 in January of 2013. In April I was involved in a car accident (side-swiped, but I avoided a head on, not my fault!) -- and a few people, including my Allstate agent recommended this place. Of course, I did my own research online and by word-of-mouth and decided to let LC take care of my new car. From the first phone call, I was treated with kindness, respect and the best customer service... EVER. I felt comfortable with my choice. I also did when I walked in. The storefront is new (although the business has been around for decades) -- and so clean you could literally eat off of the floors. They took exactly the amount of time they said they would with the car and honestly, you could NOT tell I had an accident. They took care of this car, as if it were their own. I cant speak highly enough of this place. Also, I had a minor issue, that I had to take the car back for... the doors lock kept clicking and once the alarm went off as I was pumping gas... and I took it back (twice) ... but once again, they listened to me and took care of the issue once they could pinpoint how to fix it in the door. I hope you NEVER have to have an accident.. but if you do, take your car to LC Auto Body, they will NOT disappoint.

About a year ago our family experienced 3 accidents with 3 different vehicles of ours, all someone elses fault, in the span of 10 days. LC Autobody did all of the body work. They are very professional and were awesome from start to finish. The estimator/service rep, John, was so kind and helpful through the entire process. This business is very trustworthy and focused on customer service. They now do complete auto service, so I will be getting my inspections and grease/oil changes done there as well!

So far the service has been great! Had a little fender bender and my insurance company recommended L.C. to do the work. Went in for an estimate, they needed to wash the car to see all the damage, so I walked across the street to get a bite to eat, came back and the estimate was ready to go and Im scheduled. Will update after the work is done. (Update) We got the car back today, earlier than expected and the work was great. You cant even tell there was any damage. Excellent job!!

This family owned business repaired over $5000 worth of damage from a deer so that my jeep looked better than before! They even cleaned the car, inside and out! I was so impressed with their exceptional work, friendly service, & great communication throughout! Unfortunately, this wasnt my first accident repair experience, but this will be my last stop for repairs! Ive used several repair shops in the area and none even come close to L.C. Auto Body!

Ive only written 3 reviews in my entire life. I only do it for my worst and best experiences. This place is phenomenal! I hit a big deer and did BIG damage to my jeep. They repaired it and returned it better than it was before I hit the deer. They even cleaned the interior! Awesome experience! Its just really unusual when you find a business that actually cares about the quallity of their work and goes above and beyond whats required.
