Having purchased my last 4 new cars at Beach Ford, when my 2015 Fiesta Titanium got rear ended, it wasnt a second thought to me as to where to take it. MY Ford dealer. Who better to work on it? Genuine OEM parts, biggest dealer in town, and well known to me. So I chose Beach Ford Collision Center to do the work. It wasnt until that was well underway that I stumbled upon these bad reviews for the place, about paint quality, service, etc. I was a little concerned. I hadnt done my due diligence because I just didnt think it was needed in this case. Well as it turns out, I was right. The damage to my Fiesta was pretty bad. It needed a new rear bumper, all the underpinnings, the hatchback had to be replaced, miscellaneous other parts, and a complex 3 stage paint tone applied. All together, it was $5275. (Glad somebody else was at fault and paying the bill!) When I picked it up, the end result was outstanding. It looked as good as new. Try as I might, I couldnt find a flaw in it. Brittany in the main office handled the claim with my insurance company, Kory was the tech that did the work, and Jeremy was the manager. All were very professional, took the time to explain the process, and were personally involved to make sure the job was done right and I was happy. I think that the people who write bad reviews are probably 90% more likely to write a review in the first place, as those who are happy simply take their properly repaired car, leave, and dont look back. So I was determined to add my positive experience to this forum. I would highly recommend this establishment to anybody that wants their car fixed at least as good or better than it was before it got damaged. They do GREAT work!

My car took twice as long as I was originally told. This is understandable because it was only an estimate. But after seeing the work they had done for the time spent on the car was unbelievable. My car sat disassembled for nearly a week. The body work was done on the rear of the car (took 2 days) but the front remained untouched for 2 weeks. The total time spent on the car was over 2 months. When I finally got my car back the bumper did not fit right. They tried to pass it off on me by saying thats how it’s supposed to look. There were scratches in the NEW and OLD paint (scratches were on the roof where no damage was done...) that were not there before going in the shop. The painter missed the entire bottom half of the bumpers clear coat! After some debate a new bumper was ordered, and fit much better. The paint on the second bumper again had scratches and had missing clear coat. After it was repainted everything seemed to be fine with the car. 3 months later I find sensors that were never put back where they were supposed to be. As for the customer service, the manager is rude uncooperative and cussed at me on more than 1 occasion. He went back on what he said multiple times, told me that I lied to him, and talks to me like I am a piece of dirt. The front desk ladies are kind of helpful; they dont really know what’s going on but get enough information to answer your questions. Based on the quality of the body work, paint and customer service I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this place.

Nobody likes to have to deal with a collision center, especially when dealing with repairs that arent their fault. But I must say, the manager and the ladies at the front desk are all nice, pleasant people who keep a positive attitude even when dealing with frustrated customers. Accidents happen, we are all human... When I had to take my vehicle back up there, they provided a rental, I never had to sign any paperwork, and they made it as hassle free as they could. The only thing that could make the process better is if it was more convenient to get the rental to/from enterprise. You waste over an hour of your day taking off of work driving back-and-forth for that each time you pick up or drop off... but at least they provided one. Would be much nicer to be able to send two Enterprise employees to Beach Ford Collision at their convenience, rather than waiting to be picked up or driven back and having to ride 20 minutes with a stranger.

Was rear ended last year and my insurance company recommended Beach Ford. I decided to have them do the work. I think the only thing they have going for them is that they are nice people. The parts they put on my car were the cheapest garbage aftermarket parts I have ever seen. The paint job was also the worst I have ever seen. The blending was awful and all the edges were incredibly rough. maybe they were using my car to train a new painter that day, but I couldnt believe how bad the paint job was. I called the insurance company and after they looked at the finished job, they made Beach Ford do the whole job over again. Everything looked a lot better the second time because the parts were better and they did all of the edges better, but the paint blending was still rough. Their customer service and friendliness is good, but I think they need to recruit some employees that know what they are doing.

Took car in for hydro lock, had to call multiple times to find out car status for insurance company....then shop calls says no water damage, insurance company says they wont cover, beach ford instantly stops caring about car, left engine all tore apart under hood coils fuel rails cai all over in peices, left intake torn apart with gaskets all over. I take throttle body off look in intake and its full of WATER, beach ford claimed it was a head gasket that seized engine with antifreeze, but said oil was brown..antifreeze makes oil white and milky...they lied because i said i didnt want work done there. Dont use beach ford supervisor is slimmy cheap dirtbag.. and will do anything to screw you over

Heard the promotional first 250.00 paid by Beach Ford on any collision repair work, After 5 attempts of being put on eternal hold I finally got through to the repair shop with an appointment date, my wife took my vehicle to beach ford and had a miserable experience with the front desk ( in a nut shell) VERY unwilling to accommodate our needs in anyway, VERY unprofessional treatment and as a result went to a competitor which was Very willing to accommodate us and our needs, getting into an accident is a traumatic experience to begin with, having to deal with horrific customer service to get your vehicle fixed is unacceptable...

The team members at Beach Ford Collision repair center are excellent. I have used them several times and the manager Jeremy kept me informed about everything from the time I dropped it off until the day my car was ready to be picked up. After picking up my car you couldnt tell where the damage was. They are really good at fixing every detail. I paid extra to have my hood painted and I thought I was going to be able to notice the new paint but they did so good you cant tell where the paint was peaking off before. Very smoothe paint work. I rate these guys 101 stars!! Awesome job guys! Keep up the great work!!
