I joined The Gym almost 3 months ago and LOVE it. This is the longest I have stayed a member and have so much motivation now to change my life. The Gym is one of the reasons I have been changing my life. The atmosphere is welcoming and equipment is great. I have never had problems finding equipment to use, if something is being used I go to another piece of equipment and then I can get the one I wanted (on the very rare occasion this happens). I have been a couch potato all of my life and now I am going to the gym on a daily basis. I signed up with a personal trainer who puts so much time into helping me achieve my goals and teach me the proper form when I am doing workouts. If you are looking for a friendly gym that has people that care, this is the place for you. I have tried the yoga classes which as great ways to stretch your muscles and work on mindfulness. Also, tried the Kettlebell AMPED which is a tough workout that really pushes you. The Gym is a secret gem in the south hills that is so worth the visit. The owner knows everyone and gives personal attention to the quality and atmosphere here.

The Gym, a little place but has a pretty good equipment. Now let me tell you the bad side of this gym: there is so many lonely losers that come to this gym just to talk and GOSSIP they are just taking up the space by sitting on machines barely even using it, and when you tell them douches to get up they do but then you hear them in the background whisper how you are rude and so on.. And if you go there just to train hard and mind your own business and you dont wanna talk to them then you can see in their face expression like ( look he dont wanna talk to us he thinks he is better than us)...haha Most of the girls there are nothing but attention hoes, first thing they do when they walk into the gym is look around come right in front of you and stretch their butt in a yoga pants while looking into the mirror to see if you are looking at them ,,, and if you are she achieved her goal and moves on LOLL The owner of the place loves to show off talks how he put 150k in that gym and more... while he is too cheap to afford 2nd TV Screen

Nice clean place to work out that is not too crowded. I usually stop by after work (between 5:00-6:00PM) and I have never been in line waiting for a machine, nor felt like cattle awaiting a turn at the trough. The Gym is a small, convenient (my bus stops right in front of it :), clean place to work out with none of the hype of the chain gyms. It is owned and operated by Dr. Michael Hurley, who has his chiropractic office in the adjacent office.

Nice small gym with a good assortment of equipment. No power lifting though. Owner is often present and ensures all the equipment is treated well and cleaned up after. Many clients are in the competition body building scene. Good prices and none of the corporate BS that youll find at LA Fit, Fit 19 etc. Often have the place to myself in the AM or early afternoon.
