DO NOT GO HERE..... This used to be my all time favorite store until the other day when my friend and I went and had a horrible experience! My friend picked up an item that she had originally wanted and then realized she no longer wanted that item so set it down on a shelf that wasnt where she originally picked it up. Two women came up to us and asked my friend where that product was because they noticed it was no longer in her hand. My friend said that she had put it down because she did not want it anymore. From then on out, wherever we turned their was a worker staring us down. Next thing we know there are four cop cars pulling up to the store. Within seconds there had to have been at least five cops surrounding us. They then searched us and took down all of our information. The store manager then came over to us and told us to leave and that we are banned from the store for good. I came home and told my mom what had happened. Furious, my mom called Ulta to demand an apology. Instead they lied to her and told her that we had a whole set up and that we were hiding in the back of the store and that we refused to allow the cops to search our bags. My mom asked if they looked at the cameras and they told her that we were avoiding the cameras the whole time. They said that by the time the cops got to the store we had put everything that we were "going to steel" back. They told her that they found products shoved into shelving as well. My mom was almost convinced that I was a shoplifter. I have never shoplifted a day in my life. I cannot stress how devastated I am. This has been my favorite store since I was very very young. Do not give them your money, they do not deserve customers. If you want to be accused of steeling for no reason then by all means go to this store.

If youre a person of color go in knowing what you want bc the staff is mostly white and dont know much about matching darker skin tones. Dont get me wrong very nice people and they were sincerely trying to be helpful. I think that its lack of training on Ultas part. There should be classes to teach color matching for people of other races, like if your black learn to match lighter skin tones and vice versa. I will be going back bexcuse they matched me with a product I was not seeking and at this point is not giving me the coverage I like. Maybe its how Im applying it but I will go back and also purchase what I originally came in for.

I was shocked the first time I set foot into ulta. Makeup should be banned!!! Nothing is worse than waking up next to a woman and her face done rubbed off onto her pillow, and there I am wondering who in the world is waking up next to me cause it looks nothing like the perfect dime u originally went to bed with. Instead ur waking up to a beat up defaced nickel. On the bright side, ulta does have some great scenery

Good place to buy brands not sold at Sephora. Staff can be a bit annoying because they all come up to you and ask if you need help, are you finding everything, can I help you find something, let me tell you about this product etc. Kinda crowded inside with all the products. Theres usually a line to check out but it moves fast.

Never thought I would step inside an ULTA but its very convenient. Makeup application and products, hair products, salon services and eyebrows can be done here. Very clean and liked that the salon was separated from the store.
