I recently purchase my home a few months ago and things seemed fine. A couple weeks ago we discovered a slow leak somewhere in our basement. I noticed something was wrong with our hot water heater while taking a shower one Saturday morning. When I looked for local plumbers they were one of the first I saw and figured why not. I put in the call and was told up front because of it being the weekend it would be more expensive, small price to pay for what turned out to be a rather expensive day. My plumber called and let me know about how long it would take. when he arrived he was very courteous and gave me my options. I took the full replacement of the hot water heater. Things got crazy after that but George kept me in the loop as to what was going on while he tracked down a new hot water heater for me. Once he completed the installation and fixed up a value and labeled all the major lines for us he walked my wife and I through what all he did and asked if we had any questions. Will definitely use these guys again

Replaced Hot Water Heater. Price quoted was higher than others in the area but one expects to pay more for a larger company. Unit installed was dented. Pictures were taken and I agreed to have the unit installed,( would have been without hot water if I wouldnt have agreed ) and asked for some consideration from the area manager after he examined the pictures taken. After a week of not hearing, I called the office explaining the situation. I was told that they never heard anything about it but they would contact Jesse the tech and get back to me. The service date was 5/24/16 the call I made was on 5/31/2016 and today is June 10th. I have yet to hear from them, except for a post card expressing appreciation for our business. The card triggered this review. Truth be known I would have just accepted an acknowledgement

I live in the 1200 block of Alsace Rd and I got Petro has my oil company and anytime i need service they provide me with excellent service but this time they didnt. i was told by Petro that they sent there own plumber to do any plumbing work but apparently who ever got my call sent you guys over to my home. i had my sink in the bathroom clogged up ,i took the sink apart so it could make it easier for the technician to go in and unclogged it. He did the job in less then 15 minute and i was charge a ridiculous amount, i believe that i was over charge for the service.I work hard for every dollar I make and to be charge that amount, its outrageous. i will make sure Petro wont sent you guys over anymore. i will contact Petro about this

Used Plumbing Works several times in the past and always the same result -- excellent service, products, and friendly trained professional plumbers. George, our tech, arrived at the end of his day to acommodate my sched! Provided all options and answered all questions. When project was set up, tech arrived on time and performed a great job. Cleaned up after project and took everything away. George was very professional in his work skills and was also friendly. Cant beat their service, technical skills of their staff, timely arrivals, and products used. Will continue to use in future. A "shout-out" to Andrea in their office who handles all the details. Thanks everyone!!

Disappointing service. Called 4 times over the course of a week during normal business hours. We got voicemail each time and we left messages. We did not received a call back. Finally called after hours and spoke with the answering service. They had an emergency service technician call us about 30 minutes later. I informed him that we were just looking to setup a normal service call. He said he would have someone call us the next day. It has now been 3 days and still no call. We called another service today and they are scheduled to come out tomorrow. Problem solved.

Took off of work to get them out and inspect a basement sewer line. I had specifically asked for them to camera the line or inspect it for me to make sure it had a trap before I installed a shower in the basement. Kid forgot the camera, showed up late, and when he got here wouldnt even walk past my foyer to look at the basement and give me a cost for the inspection. Based on the other reviews I think I got a bad tech. Customer service rep on the phone was helpful but overall very poor experience from the technician basically unwilling to do the work.

I have used The Plumbing Works at both my business and most recently at my home and they have never disappointed! My friendly and knowledgeable plumber Ryan arrived right on time and quickly and efficiently identified the problem(s), quoted a price and solved! In addition, he left his work area cleaner than it was before he got there. I am extremely happy I called and grateful for their superior service. I will continue to use The Plumbing Works for all my plumbing needs. Job well done!!!

We needed the service as our main sewer line got clogged. They arrived within the hour. The service tech did a great job. Very pleasant and professional and got the job done within a couple of hours on a Friday night. The price for coming out and fixing the sewer line was higher than expected... without having any reference points. Overall a good experience.

Had toilet and double sink installed in my basement. The sink was a very old stainless model and the final installation looks great. All work was completed in a single work day. Service technician cleaned area after installation! This was a first for me, and a pleasant surprise. Would definitely use this company for all future plumbing HVAC needs.
