I had them install a ground source heat pump (geothermal heat pump) and central air and heat ducts to my 60 year old house in 2009, and perform maintenance ever since. The system failed for the first time in 2014 and was fixed under warranty at no cost to me. It failed again this summer, so thats the first failure - a much better track record than any other heating system Ive had. Sales staff, technicians, and office staff are all friendly and competent. The prices seemed a little higher than most competitors, but Ive never felt mistreated.

We recently had a ductless cooling/heating system installed in our 3 season room. The service provided by Mel Sanchez and his co-worker, Randall, was outstanding! They explained the install process and were efficient in setting up the new unit in our home. We were impressed by the quality of their workmanship and the level of care they demonstrated by leaving a very clean job site. We plan to have additional units installed and will be requesting that Mel and his team are our installers!

Overall, what a great experience. The technicians arrived on time, were thorough when explaining the process and completed the job ahead of schedule. Although, they only finished replacing my AC unit today I am completely satisfied with my experience. I did purchase the PMA so hopefully their great service will continue as needed. As a homeowner, replacing systems in your house in not always a confident experience - Mel made it that much easier! I would highly recommend...

I would never have this company work at my house again. I paid them over $900 to fix my heat pump and it still doesnt work. The company refuses to fix it or refund my money. I feel this is very dishonest.
