I called to make an appointment. The person who answered the phone said she would call me back. After no call back I called a second time and was finally given an appointment for a few days out. The plumber came and never identified himself or his company. I guess I was suppose to read his logo on his shirt and truck and be satisfied with that. He came unprepared and instead of going back to the shop and getting what he needed, he rescheduled my appointment for another 4 days out. Upon his arrival for the second visit again the driver knocked on the door and did not say hello or identify himself to the person who answered. My husband had to ask him his name and the name of his company. The plumber took forever to do nothing. The leaking sink still leaked after he left. I had wet tissue all over my floor, A glob of hardened putty stuck on the floor and still a leaking sink. I contacted the office and again they said I had to wait.... a few days for him to return. That was totally unacceptable. I had another company come out the next day and fixed my issue with no problem. they found that there was no washers placed on the pipes, there was nothing on the pipes to seal it from leaking water. It looked as if he took the replacement drain parts out of package and just screwed them to the wall with no sealant. The bolts on the water valve were also still loose and leaking. He took no pride in his work or the cleanup from his work. The woman that answered the phone could care less also. I would not advise anyone to use this company unless they had money to throw away.. Its a joke.

Can I give 0 stars? Unfortunately, our warranty company assigned our work order to Drain Masters. I called the next morning and set an appointment for the following Monday. That Monday morning I called to give them our tenants phone number so they could call when en route. I provided them with the number and they said thanks, as if all was good. While I was on the phone I figured I would double check the appointment window. To my surprise they told me I didnt have one. So I didnt have an appointment but yet you took my tenants phone number which would have implied that you had an appointment to which to assign that phone number? Whats worse is they told me they never got a notification from First American. Thats bogus because my First American account shows the notification AND First American confirmed they sent it. Further, Drain Masters would not have scheduled an appointment if they were not first notified by First American. BE AWARE.

Their communication is horrible. 3 appointments, never once on time, never once called during the time window. And this last one, they do not even have the water heater on hand that I am sitting around waiting for it to be installed. Funny, because they said they had everything when we made the appointment 3 days ago. I cannot attest to the quality of their work because they havent done any.

Home warranty company for the house hired these guys. They were supposed to arrive between 8-12. Didnt get a call stating they would be late until 12:10. Will be complaining to American Home Shield about who they do business with. Ive learned my lesson, and will now request the name of anyone they hire immediately to screen them before they come into my home.

Great company, technicians and customer service are all amazing. Techs work quickly and efficiently and answered all of my questions and took the time to explain the issues with my plumbing. Id recommend for all plumbing needs, will be using them for any future plumbing issues.

Never let these people in your house. We had a home warranty problem that he did not want to fix so he made up stuff about a improper installation by the previous plumber to get out of the work. I asked two simple questions tsar he could not even answer about plumbing.

Worst plumbers ever. They left without fixing anything and refused to look for the leak where I told them it was. Two days later the leaking water started creating bubbles from inside the wall
