We moved into a rental home that has had many plumbing problems. Norfolk Plumbing has been amazing. All the Gentleman that have come out (4 visits for different projects) have been amazing. All respectful and fast working. As a military spouse that works from home...it can often be uncomfortable having strange men in your home. The Service Men are absolutely amazing. They are clean and have never left a mess. They explain everything in terms anyone can understand. I always feel very comfortable with them working in my home. They treat me as family and always go the extra mile to help my family. This is always a great relief as my husband is gone a lot because of the military. Now for the office staff!!!! Cant speak any more highly of a team. Each of them are so understanding and are extremely sweet. I have mainly worked with Ms. Ruth. She was actually the first person I met when we moved here...as soon as we moved in...within a few hours I was speaking to Ruth. She has truly been a blessing as these plumbing issues have really made my families life difficult. On more then one occasion she has reassured me as I blubber explaining possible sewage back-up. Ruth and the entire Norfolk Plumbing team have really taken care of my family. On many occasions they have said that they need to take care of our family as military life is already hard. I cant recommend this company enough. They have squeezed us in their schedules for emergencies, they have done follow-up calls to make sure we are good to go, and I am treated as family!!!! Best plumbing Company I have ever dealt with....and I have lived in 5 States and 2 Countries

They were having phone problems the day I tried to call and every time I called the employee asked to put me on hold....which then hung up on me. On my first call back she let me know they were having phone problems. I understand issues like that happen, but when I finally got through (after 3rd hold-hang up) and explained to the employee what my plumbing problem was and that I would like someone to come to the house to assess and estimate the cost...she said "ok, let me put you on hold" Knowing that every time she put someone on hold they were disconnected, in effect she was hanging up on me. I found it a little comical, but Norfolk Plumbing is so big that repeatedly(and knowingly) hanging up on customers wont put a dent in their business. Customer service suggestion- if you know that youre having phone problems and your customers are being hung up on...why not take their numbers and offer to call back when the lines arent so busy. Its a shame I cant get past the receptionist to appreciate their well reviewed plumbing work.

Great Company. These guys are the best. Jeff is the owner. He is local and is well respected in norfolk. We use email to determine scope of work and dimensions to save time. We have used Norfolk Plumbing five or six times in 20 years. 5 star ***** honest and fair prices. The estimates are done well and the quality of work is top notch. They installing a wall pack water heater which saves us energy and costs for gas. Call Jeff and tell him we recommended him to you.

2/5 Stars. Pros: Their work was quick and quality. Professional staff that were very mindful of time. Responsive. Con: Quote work by hourly rates only, $120 starting rate and $100 for each one after. Did many fixes without quoting or consulting and then billed after. Other: Quoted for a sink repair for labor + parts that equaled about $200. Talked to another company and had it done for $80. Definitely shop around after quotes from this company.

Disappointed. It was the second time they came out to clean out the main line in two months. Basically, wasnt able to clean it up completely the first time and they had to come out again. Is $511 a good price to clean out a main line? They charge $137/hour which I now realize is above the average rate for plumbers in Norfolk. There are other good companies out there. Would recommend shopping around. Thanks, Andrew.

Great work. Two plumbers from Norfolk Plumbing (Chris and Steve) were on time, honest and skilled at their work. They replaced several corroded pipes in less than an hour. And they were very respectful. I will be recommending Norfolk Plumbing to all of my friends and family - great work!

Say they have 24 hour service. Called twice yesterday 4th of July, talked to answering service, didnt get a call back until the next day. Good success with them in the past but wont be calling again.
