We called Budget Plumbing for a minor plumbing issue at my elderly mothers home in Hampton. The kitchen faucet would only trickle but all of the other faucets worked properly. The "plumber" turned on the bathroom faucet and said since it works, the kitchen faucet was bad and he could replace it with a standard faucet for $350 but it wasnt covered under the warranty. The whole house had the plumbing replaced less than a year ago so I called the plumber that did the work and it took him a couple of minutes to find and fix a clogged backflow preventer for $60. I called Budget Plumbing about the their shady job and they said, "No one knows everything about their job. The plumbers have different levels of experience." To diagnose a bad faucet they should have at least removed the supply flexes to determine if water was being supplied to the faucet. Ignoring the most basic step shows me Budget Plumbing is not capable of fixing even simple plumbing issues.

Company is a SCAM. All they do is steal the deductible from your home warranty company. Do not use this company. They said there was nothing wrong with my water heater and had my home warranty cmpany deny my claim. I had to jump through hoops to reopen a claim and ge a DIFFERENT company out to look at the water heater. If enough people complain hopefully the warranty company will stop using them. Home warranty company sent out different company and they fixed the problem in 20 minutes AND they had an earlier opening so they came a day sooner than appointment. That is good service. Price Right Plumbing is an AWESOME company.

Horrible experience.... they said they fixed the problem the first time... clearly not true if they was called out again.... on the second time being called out... they had already said ththey tried to collect a service fee that our insurance company said wasnt required... Budget Plumbing & Drain Cleaning or the people they let represent them are horrible... anybody can do better.... literally

When called out for a washer backing up into the sink they told us "dont use the garbage disposal" and then ran the sink and said "its not backing up now so I cant do anything". What a joke...

Awful experience! As soon as they found out our home warranty was involved they jacked up the prices and overcharged for EVERYTHING!
