called wednesday to schedule an appointment friday am, which required that i take off of work, so 430 in the afternoon i call to see what is going on. the guy who answers the phone has no idea and cant tell me whether they will be showing up at my house or not, but noted they stop workin after 530, so i ask what is available sat am, says soonest is monday requiring me to take another day off of work.... no thanks ill call some one more professional and more caring about the customer.... do not use!

Today a plumber from this company came to my house to put in a new turn on valve for the toilet. It was a tight squeeze for him he was a big guy. He broke the bolt holding the commode by laying on it and they said I had to pay to have it fixed. He broke it and when you flush water would come from the bottom.

Had a problem with our outdoor fan blower not coming on. Two gentlemen from Ellsworth quickly recognized and fixed the problem. Very reasonable price as well.
