Tee Bro

The absolute worse!!! The technicians are rude and unprofessional. They serviced my condo community and were shouting obscenities and threatening to leave the residents without water because we asked questions. They promised our main line water leak would be repaired in a day and 5 days later it is not repaired. I wouldnt hire or trust them to repair anything!!!! These positive ratings must be posted by their family members and friends because there is absolutely nothing positive about this company by any means!!! They deserve zero stars!!!

Wow! These guys are fantastic. Used them 4 times; on each appointment (rescue), theyve been professional, prompt, courteous, and most importantly SUPER SKILLED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. They saved me time and money on water line and gas line relocations, drain backups, and toilet problems. Their service manager even gave me helpful advice on an upcoming dishwasher install - this obviously made my wife cheer! If you need plumbing service or repairs at an affordable price, do yourself a favor: call Premier.

The level of customer service I experienced from Premier Plumbing was extraordinary. They were called in by the manufacturer to solve a water heater problem caused by a different plumber. They came to my home several times to find the problem, fix the problem and be sure that it was fixed right. They had great follow through. Not only was the plumbing service excellent, but their home office staff is professional, helpful and friendly. I recommend them highly.

Premier Plumbing recently replaced all the turn off valves in our condo community. The job was done efficiently, quickly, expertly and without unnecessary water interruption to the homeowners. The Premier Plumbing professionals are our go to plumbing resource at Lakes End Condominiums in Virginia Beach. Not only is their work exceptional, but as treasurer of the HO Association, their prices are extremely reasonable and fair. We love these guys :)

I love Premier Plumbing! Theyre fast, convenient, and professional. Anything you need done, they can do. I had them replace my water heater a few years ago. They gave me a good deal, and were able to have it installed quickly. We did not have to go without. I will definitely be recommending them to family, friends and neighbors.
