Bought a NEW Trane heat pump for heat and AC in August 2015. Was replaced 2 months later!!Also was talked in to "Atmosair" because the tech/salesman said I had the "m" word in the old unit. That was an extra $1700. So $7000 and 8 months later here we are with a broken coil evaporator. Only 2 months into the season my NEW Trane unit is useless and said to have a huge leak. So we call on Friday, 86° out humid, they say they dont have the part in stock!! Big company and they say a very common part wont be in until next week. Sit in your hot humid house until Teusday. So I finally get a manager "Don" to call me. I tell him our situation and he offers me one window unit!!! He said maybe two if he has another!! Its a 3 bedroom 1800 sq foot house! Not money for a hotel room or a partial refund, but a window unit, "free of charge" he says. Wow thanks Don! The easiest and most professional part of my interactions with them was the sales process. They were more than willing to take my $7000 and now Ill be on my 3rd unit inside of 10 months and without AC when you need the most for at least 4 days. Thats ok Don offered me 2 window units. Communication is awful. If you want to get lost in a sea of different people every time you call this is the place for you. They are nice over the phone but only get back to you when you call a few times. Worst company Ive ever dealt with in any capacity. Machines break--I understand that--but 3 times in 10 months?! Imagine if you bought a new high end car and it broke 3 times before you even had it a year? And broke when you needed it most!! My guess is these are retread refurbished and used units that they are selling to unsuspecting customers. Please spread the word to anyone you care about to NOT consider them. The only thing they are good at is taking your money! $7000 worth of business and they offer you a USED window airconditioner you can get at Walmart for 99$. Every portion of events that I described to you is 100% the way it went down. Please if you dont want to throw your money out the window DONT use Haller!!

called Haller after my heater wasnt lighting... basically told the service person the problem... after 5 minutes of looking at my heater , the serviceman agreed it was an ignitor issue in my heater... to make a long story short... repair man was in my house for a total of 15 minutes!!! NO JOKE.... replaced ignitor and gave me bill for over $400!!! ... later the next year... ignitor again failed... I looked on eBay for a replacement... bought a USED ignitor for $14 with free shipping... installed it myself... it was one screw and two terminal caps to install... Needless to say 2 years later... The one I installed for $14 is still running strong! I may need Haller in the future for a Big Job.... BUT Im not into paying "BIG JOB" prices for SMALL PARTS!!!

We have excellent experiences with Haller. Most recently, Kelly and Adam installed mini-splits and a new boiler. They were competent, careful, and kept everything as clean as possible. They explained all that they were doing, answered all questions knowledgeably and graciously. They are real assets for Haller. Our salesman, Mike, did an excellent job discussing options, reworking quotes, and helping us to figure out what would work best in our 100 year old row house. He called after the job was completed to make sure everything was in good order. This is just one of our experiences with Haller. All of the people we have worked with have been competent and very caring. I would highly recommend them.

We called Haller Tuesday morning. I was told a repair man would be able to come to our house the same day. A little later that morning I received a call stating a repair man would be there within the next 30 minutes and he arrived in 20 minutes. Christian was friendly and immediately put on shoe covers before he entered our house. We discussed the issue we were having with our AC. He promptly got to work and had our air conditioning fixed within 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend Christian and Haller in the future!

Haller arrived on time, they were protective of the interior of the house and completed the work quickly and efficiently. I had electrical work installed, and outside hose bib put in and had preventive maintenance service on the air conditioner system. Each service professional was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. I highly recommend Haller Enterprises for any mechanical work on your home.

Im on Hallers "Frequent Flyer" program as I look to refer to it. ("One Call Club" I think they call it.) This was additional work needed over and above the regular visits they provide me. The work was fairly priced, they were able to schedule me quickly, Jon was punctual, polite, and communicated well with me through out the work. Very happy Haller customer!!

Complete rip off. Haller came out and did a few minor jobs. The guy was very professional, however he was there less than an hour and charged $400.00. They supposedly charge by the job and not the hour no matter how long it takes. Plus add on a $90.00 trip charge to show up. A Complete rip off.
