I paid a $57.00 trip charge and was told that to replace an exposed 2 inch pvc elbow in my basement, and to cut a hole in my drywall kitchen ceiling to figure out (not fix, mind you) the cause of my master shower leak upstairs, would cost me $550.00 dollars!!! Remember..to replace a $2.00 dollar 2 inch elbow and to cut a piece of drywall less than 6x6 inches was quoted at $550.00. The price to actually FIX the master shower, once the cause was found, would be an ADDITIONAL CHARGE added onto the $550.00. I quickly denied such an outrageous amount, called my plumber whom Ive dealt with for over 2 years, and he fixed everything today, without needing to cut my ceiling at all, for a grand total of $180.00!!! The only reason I contacted Neffsville at all was due to a phone miscommunication between myself and my longtime plumber. That mistake cost me $57.00. The price I was quoted by Neffsville was not only outrageous, but downright insulting. And then using the excuse that its to keep the place operating 24/7 is definitely NOT the right answer to give, nor a cost you overburden all of your clients with!!!! Whos giving this place such positive reviews???? Only idiots would pay nearly FOUR TIMES the amount of money to get same work done in the end. The only thing this company has going for it is that the phone staff is polite and courteous and the technicians are professional while theyre onsite.

Two Sundays ago I awoke to a faulty well pump. I tried to call two other companies for service---neither of which had an answering service or voicemail. I saw your ad in the Yellow Pages and decided to try. I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone on the first ring. You dispatched Rick Russo to come to my home and within an hour he was there. Rich worked for over an hour before determing my well pump was the problem and needed to be replaced. He went back to the shop for additional supplies and to get a helper. Rich and Luke worked all afternoon (in the cold and wind) to replace my well pump. They were professional, courteous, friendly and focused. They represent your company well. Because of my interaction with them I will be a customer for life--and would recommend you to anyone at anytime. Thank you for service that went above and beyond my expectations.

Would not recommend this company to anyone. I used them once to fix a leak that was in my house and they talked me into a service agreement because it would make the job cheaper so I did so. Later in the year I had my hot water heater fail on me. I decided to call them out to look at it because I had a contract through them. They came out and checked it out and told me they could replace it for $2200. I told them that I was going to shop around and then at that point they were going to charge me for the visit even though I had a contract. And the reason why was because they had to use tools to check it out. They used a voltage meter. Then to top it off the guy tried to quote me a lower price after I told him no. I ended up getting it delivered and installed for $800 at lowes.

My problem was with my boiler with "flashing" of lights. I called NP&H. The person who took my call was very understanding and true to NP&H outstanding service had me scheduled for a mid-morning visit by Tim Murphy. Tim was typical of the excellent technicians at NP&H....he diagnosed the problem and replaced a relay control and of the thermostat of the heating zone in question. As I write this, everything seems to be operating properly. Tim was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was an excellent representative of your firm. I will not hesitate to ask for him by name when needing addition help with my heating system. Thanks so much for your continuing outstanding help.

Neffsville Plumbing and Heating was a wonderful company to work with. The gentleman that worked on our hot water heater and kitchen sink (Roy) was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain what he was going to do in a simple way that I could understand. He also was kind to my 5 year old son who was very interested in what he was doing! Also, the office called me right around the time that the service man was due to arrive to let me know that he was going to about a half hour late. I greatly appreciated that courtesy call which made me feel like a valued and respected customer. I would recommend them for sure!!

We requested a quote for a replacement gas hot water heater and high efficiency gas furnace. Josh arrived at the appointed time and guided us through all our options. He was very thorough and we never felt pressured. Our new system was installed by Brian and John. They arrived on time and did a marvelous installation. When the work was completed, they went over the mechanicals with us. Everything was neat and clean when they left. We have learned from experience that top notch installers are the key to success. Kudos to Kathy and Mel who handle calls and scheduling. Pam & Phil Oles

You know, I thought my furnace was completely shot last winter. One of your guys came out, and spent a lot of time carefully and slowly going over all the parts and cleaning everything. Even after several hours of work, he only charged us the standard cleaning and diagnosis fee. AND he said if we replaced the furnace this season, the fee could be applied to the new installation. Amazing! Even more amazing was that our old rusty furnace continued working with NO PROBLEMS the remainder of the season. Thank you thank you thank you for providing amazing service!

Bad experience. Called Neffsville Plumbing and Heating Services for a clogged kitchen sink line. Technician arrived and analyzed the issue as a clogged kitchen sink line. Went out to his truck to write up a proposal and came back with a quote for $440. I asked how long would this take, tech said 1 to 2 hours. My response, assuming it took 2 hours that no one is worth $220 an hour. Needless to say I did not accept the proposal. 30 minutes later I had BB Plumbing here and the cost was $210 to run his equipment and clear the kitchen sink line.

Rick Groff, the owner came out and looked at our HVAC unit because my husband and I are interested in having our unit zoned so that we have more consistent temperatures throughout our home. Not only did Rick give us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. he also inspected our system and showed us some things we can do to preserve its lifespan. He was honest, had integrity and gave us a lot of great advice and a very reasonable quote. We will be scheduling our zoning project with them for this fall!

Verry Unhappy with emergency service. We called the emergency tech Saturday morning and told them it was either the wire that goes down the well pump or the well pump. He came out at 5:30pm and told us the same thing and charged us 77.50 Said he could try and fix it the next day for an astronomical price. Wasted our whole day waiting for him and he didnt even attempt to fix it. Would never reccomend. We called another company and they fixed it fast and for a 1/4 of the price!
