I was driving on Route 97 when debris falling off their trailer cracked my windshield. I called their office to ask to have my windshield replaced. They took a message but no one returned my call. I called again the next morning. I was told that their insurance would not cover it, and that was it. I asked to have my windshield replacement paid for, and they said that I could not prove that their truck caused the damage. It unraveled from there, until they hung up on me. Unprofessional staff and rude to the public. Buyer beware.

Mitchell Plumbings owner Richard Diotte has to be the most unprofessional owner Ive ever had the displeasure of talking to. When speaking about a problem that I had with their work (essentially they ruined a portion of a new valve inside the furnace working on something he said they shouldnt have been working on...), he referred to me as "boy" whilst interrupting me with speak laced in profanities eventually hanging up on me calling me a "fxxking idiot". Stay away from Mitchell Plumbing under all circumstances.

One of the best experiences I ever had with any company was with Mitchell Plumbing. After some previous work done by Mitchell didnt turn out as well as we wanted Richard Hall, the owner, sent a new crew out to redo the job. Since I had them back I decided to have several hundred dollars of new work done. Much to my surprise I was not charged for any of the new work. Who does that. Mitchell does.
