Yesterday, my toilets overflowed, my washing machine ran over and a back-up started coming up in both of my bathtubs. I called Trenchless Pipe Technologies who came highly recommended to me by a very good friend. Their men were at my house within the hour. After doing some inspecting inside my home, they went to my "clean-out" located in my front yard and within 5 minutes determined the clog was caused by a broken pipe on the Citys side. The men cleared the clog and contacted the City on my behalf. They told me the City would be out that evening to fix the broken pipe. When I asked the owner how much I owed him for the job he told me NOT A THING!! He told me I shouldnt be responsible for something that was the Citys responsibility. Even though his men responded to my call and fixed the issue, he wouldnt take any money. I now have a new plumber who I will always call on when I need one. I will also recommend Trenchless Pipe Technologies to anyone I know of who has plumbing needs. They were prompt, professional, proficient and I was extremely satisfied with their work. Gina Stump

Came out on a Saturday morning for a clogged drain and got us up and running very quickly. Since this was the second time in one month that we had experienced a clogged sewer line, he ran a camera through the pipes to inspect them. He found a lot of grease and grime, so he came back on Tuesday morning and jet cleaned the pipes and also repaired a hole in the pipe (and a few other things). They were quick, efficient, and very professional. The price was fair and reasonable. I will definitely be referring them to all of my friends, neighbors, and family should they have plumbing issues in the future.

My wife and I are extremely happy with the work you performed at our home last week. On Saturday, January 30 we were told there was a leak under the slab and given your name. Left a message for you that afternoon. You returned my call promptly that afternoon and told me you would come to our home on Monday early afternoon. Visiting my aunt in a one bathroom house and suddenly the toilet wouldnt work! He came in about half an hour(!) and not only fixed the problem, but went above and beyond and fixed a small but aggravating problem with the sink, too, when he realized the filter was probably just clogged. GREAT service! Polite, prompt, professional! Highly recommend them. So glad a neighbor said to call them.
