My experience with Hague was horrific; so sorry I used Home Advisor to find them because now I dont trust any leads from Home Advisor. The repair man literally drove across my lawn, and then LIED about it, and so did their office receptionist who insisted the repairman had taken pictures of the muddy driveway, ( Big lie) and they would send them to me, and said he couldnt find another way out. The same way you came in DA! Im the one with the surveillance camera in the front window. The camera shows him parked in the driveway, get into his work truck and without any deliberation drove straight across my lawn. Plus, he insisted I needed another part on the water system and that what he repaired would not last. It just didnt ring true. I declined the other part. That was nearly a year ago; the system is still working without incident, and they have neither repaired my lawn nor apologized for the damage. Stay away for Hague .... NOT TRUST WORTHY ON ANY LEVEL

Hague replaced a Culligan system in my previous house in 2012. They did an amazing job. Clean, efficient, worked better than expected. They were able to give me incredible water pressure with a well system also. This week they installed a new system in my new house and relocated the location of the system to a much more efficient area. The installers were wonderful and made everything happen. Pam is amazing and helped to facilitate the whole thing making sure the installers were fully prepared without any delays. There are a lot of companies out there and Ive experienced bad situations from these other companies. However, Hague has installed 2 complete systems in 2 different houses for me and I am EXTREMELY happy with them. Dont bother going anywhere else or you will be disappointed.

I had Hague install a water system at my house. I am very pleased for a number of reasons. I use a fraction of the salt that I used to use, about 1/5. In addition, I no longer have to haul in a 5 gallon water jug every week. We also have an Reverse Osmosis machine for drinking water. When we bought it, we were skeptic that it would be a sufficient replacement for bottled water. Now - I avoid bottled water. I have no doubt that our treated well water would taste better than any bottled water! Hague was not the cheapest. My research lead me to spend the extra dollars, and I have not been disappointed. The money I have saved on salt and bottled water has justified the cost. I highly recommend Hague.

Brian Edwards and the others at Hague have always been amazing - customer service and performance. Their prices are very competitive (although I dont expect Sears budget pricing at a full service water treatment company that customizes their products to your needs and actually stands behind the performance of their products for years to come!) and the support I receive impeccable. Theyve never tried to sell me things I dont need, and provide what I believe to be good advice on solving some serious water problems (lead AND bacteria in a house I was trying to buy) in a timely and cost-effective manner without holding up closing!

Brian was incredibly helpful and informative. The price is what we were expecting if not slightly better. To make it even better, my 3 year old daughter and I had a blast getting our free estimate! He offered fun hands on experiments to help both of us understand exactly what we would be getting with the offered services. The experience was easy, informative, and to my surprise and delight incredibly educational for my daughter! While this was an unexpected expense for us moving into our new house Hague is going to make this process as easy as possible for us with many different payment options to suit our financial needs.

I got my water system installed March, 2015 and I couldn’t be happier with the product. I searched around for a water system that would fix all of my issues from being on Well Water, for the first time in 25 years (which is a big difference in water if you’re not used to ever having well water). Hague’s sale staff was great, and worked with me, and tested my water and helped me understand each factor of my water that needed to be fixed/maintained. They communicated well with me, and tried to help me out as best to their ability. The water has made a huge difference in my skin and I can drink my water without hesitation now!

Purchased system, it failed within three years, new system board required. within one year failed again, another new board required, failed again at about year 8 or 9, system board fried. No reason. Called for service, 10 days out all times. for both first and second repair, third time, 10 days out, no show, no repair, waited a week to see if they would call, no response. Called them and asked why they missed service call...long wait, will call back. response "sorry" we can come out in 10 days. My response, I will install a new system other than Hague.

He is always ready to answer any question I have about my system. He will stop on his own time to assist me with taking care of my system or explaining how to operate the system. Great company to do business with. Prompt, on time, courteous and respectful of our time constraints. There will be follow-up visit due to construction demands. We expect no less from this fine company. Yes, we would recommend them, and should any plumbing needs arise, would call upon them. The followup visit has been completed. Basically we have received fair-to-good attention and service. Weve bought a full water chemical treatment system and an ultra-violet ultra-filtration system for bio-contaminants. Weve spent thousands of dollars, and I still do not have peace of mind regarding the health and wellness of our water system. I just do not think these folks really care. They operate as a business as opposed to a service if you follow my meaning. I wish they cared more! DTR

Hague Quality Water, with whom we have been a totally satisfied customer for more than four years, responded immediately to our call for service and had our system repaired and operating perfectly that same day! I had a friend who worked there a couple years back. They are a complete and total RIP-OFF. His average comission on just one purchase was around $1200. A $1200 comission!!! How much profit do you think there is? When he worked there I was thinking about buying a water softener and he told me to go to Sears. I went the and got one that fit my needs for $395. The one at Hague would have been over $2500!!! Crazy RIPOFF. Stay far away.
