I am a member solely for the pool, particularly because there are lap lanes, the pool is heated, and it is my understanding that the pool is grounded so the pool does not close if there is thunder. Unless I take a day off from my place of business, I can only use the pool Saturdays and Sundays. If the pool were open until 10:00 P.M., I would visit during the week after getting off the commuter bus in Delaware Water Gap. (Although there are several pools in my own community, there is only a lap lane available for about an hour one day during the week - not reasonable for people that work. Also, in recent years all the indoor pools except one are closed during the winter. We do have nice jacuzzis but I generally do not arrive home until after 9:00 P.M. so have to use my own.) Elevations in Scotrun is a decent facility, and I dont mind travelling from Bushkill to get there.

Great staff, terrible ownership. He does not support the military and give active duty member the run around to cancel.... While theyre stationed 1000s of miles away. Do not recommend their small facility with crappy hours. No parking what so ever. Ymca in stroudsburg is cleaner and and has more amenities. They also have a working sauna.

sent to collections (my fault for getting sick and not cancelling promptly). once in collections they bill you the whole year. paying the equivalent of a years worth of dues to get out of collections, and not getting any time credited back is absurd. avoid. avoid. avoid.
