Being its a great clips, the last thing you expect is great.but when its your hair being cut you want them to listen to what you want, and for them to pay attention to what theyre doing. I asked for a layers and I guess the stylist was too busy paying attention to the guy getting his hair cut next to me that she forgot to do it! After watching her look away from what shes doing at least 10 times while scissors are to my hair and head I didnt fuss about it. Again its great clips. Dont expect much.

The last five times I went here, I asked for five different haircuts. Each time, they gave me the same exact cut. In fact, every time I come here, they do the same thing no matter what I tell them. Unless you want a buzzcut, I would not recommend this place. Service is good, but the haircuts just suck.

I walked in with an even haircut and just wanted the ends trimmed. I left with a completely uneven haircut by several inches. I waited for 20 minutes for and less than 5 minute haircut. My "stylist" didnt check the haircut and seemed distracted/like she didnt want to be there at all.

Very friendly staff that do a great job. Can be very crowded with long wait times during peak hours. Recommend using the app to check wait time and to check in.

I hate the online sign in option. If I am sitting there waiting, why should I have to wait even longer for some one to check in? Its not fair.
