They tried to charge me $35 extra to style my hair because it is "excessively long" I said no just wanted trim and blow dry, she used her fingers, no brush, no products, so my hair is frizzy half wet and she sends me out the door. Apparently styling means having dry hair. Your supposed to leave the salon feeling great knowing you look beautiful they took that experience away from me leaving me with wet frizzy hair I had to run home and do it myself.
