Our stylist, Jess, was completely disrespectful and rude!! The way she spoke to my 9 year old was unbelievable!!!! Then we got into a heated argument when I stuck up for him!! Never have we ever been so upset leaving a salon!! 0 stars should be an option !!!!!!!
