I have been here a few times and havent had too bad an experience. Until today. I recently permed my hair and wanted to get a slight trim to get rid of the fried ends as well as add a few layers for volume. I sincerely hope the girl who cut my hair was new, otherwise there is no excuse for her lack of professionalism and plain bad haircut. After she cut my length, she stood back to ask how it was. There was visibly a 1 1/2 inch difference in length between sides!! When I asked her to even it out, she barely cut it and stood back again to ask if it was ok. This happened 2 more times and my hair was STILL visibly uneven. I then pulled the ends of my hair to show her it was still uneven. She cut it a 4th time and things seemed manageable. Fast forward to her putting curling product in my hair and not only did she not know what product to put in my hair, when she went to put it in, the hair clippings were still all over her hands that she put into my hair with the product. My hair is waaay too short, about 2 inches shorter than I asked for and most likely uneven. To top it all off, I had to go home and change clothes before going back to work because of all the clippings falling down my back. This place needs a serious overhaul of hairdressers and need to make sure the hairdressers can actually pass the state board before they allow them near clients hair!!

I have been going here since I was 15 years old and now I was bringing my children here until today. After being treated the way we were I will never come back and I will never recommend hair cutters to anyone. My youngest son gothis haircut then my oldest got his done. Well the woman who cut my eldest son hair chopped it and I asked Hera few times to make sure she faded the sides and the back in. Well she was in a rush and said he was all done so I am paying $17 for a wash and a cut but she was not going to wash his hair until I asked. Then his hair was still messed up. (It looked like she put a bowl on his head and chopped around it so we go back in and another hair dresser had to fix it. On top of this I was going to have my haircut and highlighted too until after waiting a half an hour they come to me and tell me they cannot do my hair because the hairdressers there were getting ready to get off so I would have to come back at 6pm if I wanted it done, I arrived at 3pm. Then I see one of the hairdresser sit down in the salon chair and get her hair done. Never again will I be going to hair cuttery.

I went in on saturday 8/5 to get my haircut for my bday. Noticed IMMEDIATELY 2 employees outside smoking. When i went in and was checked in i noticed one other employee om her phn while the other was cutting hair. I sat 25 min befor called and at that time another employee desides she needs a "cactus anne" break. So i should have left then but i didnt.. i was called ,sat down and my hair was LITTERLY SCREWED UP BEYOND REPAIR!! I WENT IN WITH HAIR TO THE BOTTOM OF MY NECK AND LEFT OUT WITH IT ABOVE MY EARS. I FLIPPED OUT ON THE STYLEST BC I CLEARLY SHOWED HER 8 PICTURES OF MY PREVIOUS HAIRCUT FROM THE SAME LOCATION OUTSIDE IF THE SALON. SHE MESSED ME UP EXTREAMLY..HANDS DOWN I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN!!

Jessica Howard is absolutely wonderful! New to the area and needed to find a stylist. Went to several of the girls there til I found "the one" lol. She is professional and talented. Never rushes me and ALWAYS gives me exactly what Im looking for. Doesnt let me leave her chair til its perfect! Only got 4 out of 5 stars because I can only book the same day and lacking a salon feel....not to mention it can be noisy. Great prices too!!

This place seriously has too low of a rating. I went there and sat in Ms. Alexs chair. She is by far amazing. She gave me awesome hair (seriously beautiful, and ive never had a hair cut ive liked). Her hand painted hilights were perfect. She was also very funny, bubbly and knowledgeable about hair care and the best products to use. I will def go back and not wait another 2 years to break down and get a good cut! Go see Alex!

Went in for light brown and blonde highlights ended up with dark brown hair blonde and red (orange)highlights was supposed gotten a trim with long layers i have chopped hair was told could come back shed make it all brown but no discount refund nothing and i def dont want to come back to kill my hair some more she was nice and etc but this is the worst. I actually cried i hate it so bad

I was in for a haircut a few days ago, and Courtney did an amazing job. I left feeling and looking refreshed and she took amazing direction, giving me exactly what I was envisioning. She was polite, and really took her time. I wont be able to justify the costly spa prices when I am much happier with my much more affordable results from Courtney at Hair Cuttery. Ill be back for color!

Im so disappointed, I went in for a simple trim and they werent capable of even doing that, I just wanted my split ends gone, I also got a shampoo which wasnt bad however while she was cutting my hair she sprayed something in it that made it very greasy afterwards. Once my hair dried I noticed that she only cut the back and the front of my hair is absolutely covered with split ends.

This place is terrible and they dont know how to treat customers. Be warned do not go here! They dont know how to mix anything right and are ruining peoples hair. I hope they get shut down. I cant believe how the MANAGER treated my mother in law. Do not get anything done by the manager or better yet go somewhere else. Worst place ever.

Been there a handful of times. Treated terribly. I was hassled when I declined to buy product for my hair. Terrible customer service and they make fun of the customers after they leave. Id rather get the homeless guy outside the mall to cut my hair then have some lady cut up the back of my head

I dont need a fancy haircut, and Im too forgetful to ever make appointments, so this walk-in location is easy to access, has convenient and long hours, and seldom a long wait. Every stylist Ive gotten has been courteous and professional, and has done a decent or good job. The prices are fair.

Some of the stylist.... are very rude and impatient, and thats inside of the salon as well as over the phone. IM NEVER GOING BACK THERE OR RECOMMENDING ANYONE ELSE TO GO, They have a very bad reputation because of how they treat customers and should consider the fire and re-hire method!

I waited for an hour to get my hair cut and colored and they called my name and said they wouldnt have time to do it today, this was at 2 pm and they supposedly close at 9. I will not come here again.
