I came into the hair salon for a trim and stated so when I talked to the stylist by the name of Kate. I am a black woman with natural hair, but since the stylists in the shop work on women of different backgrounds I didnt think there would be any complications especially since I had a good experience with a previous stylist. I was wrong. During my "trim", I noticed Kate wasnt handling my hair in the manner a stylist would when conducting a service as the one requested. She picked my hair out and proceeded to cut off stray hairs and then "shape it" into an afro, a style in which I do not wear my hair on a daily basis. I cut my hair last November and was very pleased with the way it was growing out. I was devastated when I left the shop to find not only was my hair chopped off, but I was left with the same split ends I entered the shop with. I would not recommend Kate as a stylist. I will not be returning to Great Clips.

1st time customer we walked-in had no appointment. They got us in within 15 minutes. Place is very clean. They really need a receptionist though because every time a customer walks in the women have to stop in the middle of a cut and help the walk in guest. We were lucky enough to get Danielle, she was great and did a excellent job on my sons hair. Definitely going back and requesting Danielle!!!!!

I have been to Great Clips in Salisbury many times with nice styles and cut. However YESTERDAY was a awful experience. MY hair was chopped off resulting in the length being 3 inches to 1/4 of an inch. During our conversation KATE told me she worked 6 days a week. I would suggest she take some time off as she was very angry about something and my cut shows her frustration.

Ive been going to barbers for my entire life. My visit to Great Clips is the first time Ive tried a place like this. I was pleasantly surprised. I was only there for 10 minutes or so and received a great haircut. Its super convenient and the staff is friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

This place is a joke. There workers obviously have no training or even the slightest knowledge on how to properly trim hair. Dont blame your stubby fingers for the reason why you cant cut hair correctly. Will be getting a refund.

Very friendly, quick and the haircut I got was awesome. Best of all theyre much cheaper than similar places like Supercuts. You can save enough money to go get food while youre out.

The stylists are always pretty friendly, the place is kept clean, and waits are low. The haircuts are nothing extraordinary, but not bad.
